Monthly Rentals in Sprague

The cabin was adorable! The farm was very peaceful with a lot of areas to explore. My only suggestion is to stop at the grocery on your way, it is a bit of a drive to one. That was a perk, just wish I had looked into that. There were some snacks and coffee pods waiting for us. Would definitely stay again! Pete the dog is so friendly!

Gary quick response started from Day 1 when we were arriving late and trying to open the door. He was very patient and responded very quickly. Anytime I sent him a message he was quick to reply. He went above and beyond when he came to remove the air conditioning from the windows and noticed we hadn’t turned on the heat so he messaged me that he turned it on. That was great. The place was very quiet so it was easy to get proper rest while working on night shift. The bed is brand new and very very comfortable. Thanks Gary for everything

I fell in love with this apartment, the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent, very cozy and endless amenities, the only complaint I have is the ceiling of the room but it is understandable and is not a big deal and they did not tell us where to put the garbage so we had to leave it in front of the door in the garage but other than that a very good experience in this beautiful place, I recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Gina is an exceptional hostess and will interact with you if you are social but will keep her distance if you don’t want to interact. We had great conversations with her and were greeted by a wild turtle outside when we arrived. We would highly recommend this host and property. We had 4 people in our party and it was a comfortable stay.
