Swim at the beach, fish off the shore or dock, play tennis, basketball or volleyball and come back to relax at the firepit. There is a boat slip that may be used and ample parking for boat trailer. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
