Vacation rentals with beach access in Spotorno

We stayed 4 nights between May and June. The balcony overlooking the sea is the highlight of the house: there is a table where you can eat with a view, two flowers and a clothes rack. Everything you need. Access to the public beach is extremely easy, passing through the garages. Maria Letizia and her family were hospitable and helpful. The house is close to a bar and a grocery store, and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Saracen village. There was no air conditioning but, during the period we stayed, the two fans were more than enough, in the evening the air from the sea was cool. We will definitely come back for another visit of a few days.

Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

There were four of us in the nice apartment. The location is perfect to reach everything quickly and easily. The parking space available to us is almost unique for this location. Thanks for the perfect stay.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

Very pleasant stay by the sea. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the apartment is cool and well ventilated. There are also excellent restaurants within walking distance. Ideal for those looking for relaxation and comfort within walking distance of the sea. Fabiola and her mom were very kind and helpful. Super recommended.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

The view from the property is outstanding. You are on your own and can enjoy the time there in peace. The host Enrico always responds quickly and is very friendly. If you want, you can buy the olive oil produced on this property. When it comes to the location of the accommodation, you have to be aware that, especially on foot, you are already on the road for a while until you reach Finale. With bicycle/ car, however, no problem at all.

Great location on the waterfront , great for those with children and who need to get around on foot. We were lucky with the parking, but unfortunately that is a general problem near the sea. The house is very welcoming and bright with a beautiful view of the sea. Highly recommended 🫶🏼

Everything was just great

Wonderful cottage with private outdoor space. Host had provided us with plenty of tips about the public transportation and amenities nearby. Bus stops practically in front of the door. In short, an ideal stay where we enjoyed ourselves.

It was a wonderful stay with a charming environment. Cristina informed us perfectly about everything and an earlier check-in was also possible, which was ideal. Thank you very much for the flexibility and the friendly contact. A doppo!

Manuela's place is small but perfectly organized, nothing is missing and it is very comfortable even for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the bathroom too, you sleep very well despite being in the center thanks to the double glazing that perfectly insulates from external noise. The location is super central and Manuela is welcoming, polite and helpful, a perfect hostess.

Our second stay here was as good as our first, always a pleasure to return. Hope to visit again!

Photos dont describe Teresa's place! It is absolutely beautiful! The terrasso floor, the warm and trendy interior. This is not a normal appartment, it is a roomy and super tasteful comfy house.... where you found yourself roght at home. The appartment is close to a littlw beach with phantastic and very high cliffs. We loved it!

We had a lovely week at Nadia's place. Eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. It also suited us to stay close to the sea and we easily took the bus to Finalborgo for cozy dinners. Nadia was helpful and very kind and answered the questions that came up during the stay. Great location! In the heart of the old town and just a few steps from the sea. Except for the unemptied bathroom trash, everything was very clean. Since the apartment is right on the promenade, it is noisy (even at night!). The steep stairs are also not to be underestimated - an Italian coffee with a view of the sea immediately compensates for the climb. In the low season, there is plenty of free parking - Attention: do not park on the promenade, there is also a market on Fridays. Overall, we had a great vacation and highly recommend Loano!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Great apartment for a mountain biking visit to Finale. A short 15 minute walk towards Finalborgo to pick up our bike rental then a short ride to guide/shuttle. The apartment was more spacious than expected, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sonia was super friendly and helpful. Four minute walk to the train station. Two minute walk to the Pam supermarket. On a pedestrian street so you have to park a few minutes away in a paid lot to unload if you arrive by car. Then free parking 5-10 minute walk away. We were a family of 3 but you could easily fit a group of friends or larger family here. Lots of wide stairs helped work off all the good food. I hope one day we can return to Finale and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Grazie Mille Sonia and Guido!
