If we ever return to Split, this will be where we stay. From the warmth and communicative style of Valeria, to the feeling of home in the apartment, every little detail that made the place perfect and a location that is close enough to walk to everything and significantly quieter than in town. And a market with fresh breads and produce right below! Valeria thinks of everything, like very few other airbnb hosts. Kitchen is well outfitted, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows and a nice housewarming basket with coffee and treats. Absolutely a gem.

Toni’s place was perfect!! My wife and I booked a stay within the palace walls and it ended up being intolerably loud so we left after one night and was able to book Toni’s place! It was SO MUCH better. Right outside the palace walls, so it is close to the action, but very quiet. Amazing view of the sea off a small balcony. Toni had the place stocked with coffee, shampoo & conditioner, band-aids, razors and pretty much anything you may need. The AC unit worked well. You get in with a code for each door so check in was very easy. Right next to a supermarket as well.

We spent three fantastic days on Hvar. Frane was a fantastic host. He messaged us a couple of days before arrival and offered to help us with luggage from the ferry. This was appreciated as it is a few minutes climb up steps to the apartment which has a tremendous view. It's only 5 or 6 minutes from the promenade and nearest beach but is in a peaceful area. The apartment is extremely nice. Kitchen had just been refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering. The living room seemed larger than shown in the photo. The balcony view is incredible and is south facing so has the sun almost all day. Frane gave us some helpful information as we arrived and was responsive when we had any question but otherwise left us alone. But on departure day he again helped us with luggage. All in all perfect accommodation with an excellent host.

Highly recommend this property. There’s a small market nearby for staples, and a bigger market a 20 minute walk away. The setting was stunning and the sunsets didn’t disappoint. A quick walk down the stairs leads to a private area for swimming and sunbathing. 10/10 recommend.

Petite famille française de 4 personnes, nous avons passé 3 nuits en avril. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche du front de mer et des acrivités touristiques. La vue sur la mer est imprenable. L'appartement était très confortable et très bien préparé (malgré l'absence de lave vaisselle et une literie un peu fatiguée). Nous avons apprécié la machine à laver le linge en excellent état et le sèche cheveux ! Hôte très sérieux et réactif. Je recommande !

We had a superb stay in Anamairija’s apartment. The apartment was much more than our expectations; it was perfect in every way. It was very clean, and felt like a 5 star hotel standard. It also had everything we needed. We all felt it was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Sunset on the balcony was amazing. Anamarija was a super host, makes you feel so welcome, she is a lovely person. She was very informative about the island, and gave us excellent recommendations where to eat. We were also traveling with a 9 month old baby and she helped cater for our needs. We would all definitely recommend this accommodation and the island of Hvar too

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est agréable, spacieux et pratique. L’accès à la plage est direct ce qui est un atout majeur. L’accès à Split se fait facilement à 10min de voiture / Uber ou 15-20min en Bus. L’hôte est a l’écoute et répond rapidement Je recommande fortement ce logement nous ayant permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances.

We spent few nights in Split. Accomodation was great: felt new and was absolutely clean. We knew beforehand that the location was not that close to center and relied mostly on Uber/Bolt. The neighbourhood had all the necessary services, but there wasnt too much to see. As long as that does not bother you, the accomodation was great with private parking place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

Lela was a fantastic host and welcomed me as of I was home. Anything I needed she was there. The location is perfect as it is right next to the palace but is quiet so it’s easy to rest. It was easy to get there with an Uber from the airport as well. The harbor and beach are an easy walk and the esplanade right outside the front door was a great place to sit and enjoy some food and coffee. Lela was sweet enough to let me stay after check out since my bus was at 4pm so I didn’t have to sit with my luggage somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again!

Diana’s place was truly 5 star in every respect, and it was just what we needed. While on the edge of Bol, it was a 10 minute walk to the centre and not much more than that to the Golden Horn beach. There were mini markets a short walk away for basic provisions and a slightly larger Tommy supermarket up the hill. The place itself was surprisingly peaceful during our stay (admittedly at the end of September), while Bol was a delight with plenty of bars and restaurants, and the constant toing and froing of yachts of varying sizes from the marina. We loved the apartment which had pretty much everything we could have wanted, while we were unable to take advantage of its unique features of a bath with a view in the living room, and the sauna in the bedroom. Diana was an excellent host and responsive to our queries. Would strongly recommend.

Perfekte Auszeit in einer traumhaften Unterkunft! Unsere 8 Nächte in dieser AirBnB-Wohnung waren einfach fantastisch! Die ruhige und friedliche Lage hat uns sofort entspannt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlte uns an nichts, um unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir haben die Ruhe und die gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die eine entspannte Auszeit suchen! 💙

Het huisje was zeer mooi, goed gepoetst en zeer gezellig ingericht. Het voelde onmiddellijk als thuis aan.We hadden een groot terras waar je ‘s morgens spectaculaire zons opgang kreeg ,het ‘s middags en ‘s avonds goed toeven was als het te heet werd op het strandje. De tuin is prachtig onderhouden en staat vol met bloemen die heel mooie vlinders aantrekt. De Jacuzzi was ook super met uitzicht op de zee en ‘s avonds kan je BbQ ‘n met weer een mooi terrras , zicht op zee. Ook een wasmachine is er te beschikking. Wij hebben 5 dagen genoten van de rust, het geweldig panorama en de heldere zee. Bedankt voor de zeer mooie vakantie, de rust in het mooi huisje. Wij komen zeker terug. Loved my stay in this Air BnB, Erna and Barbara were great hosts and provided fresh sheets Weekly and were great at recommending things to do. Beautiful and peaceful location about 40 mins bus ride to split and very close to local restaurants and amenities needed. Would highly recommend staying in this Kaštela and Erna’s Air BnB. Providing the bike and paddle board was a nice touch and would definitely come back in the warmer season.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with a light-colored coverlet. Natural light filters through two windows adorned with sheer curtains. A small round mirror and a minimalist dresser enhance the room's aesthetic, while a soft area rug adds comfort to the wooden floor.

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn i 9 dage. Selve lejligheden var som på billederne. Der var dog ingen parasol på terrassen men der var meget grøn bevoksning der gav en del skygge. Køkkenet er meget småt men fint til at lave små måltider. Dejligt med en opvaskemaskine. Der er AC i stuen - desværre ingen AC i soveværelserne så det kan blive temmelig varmt i soveværelserne, selv med en vifte. Vi rykkede et par dage ind i stuen om natten da det var for varmt i soveværelserne. Stedet ligger dejlig tæt på 2 strande (beach Rožac og Okrug Gornji Beach). Der er et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå til Beach Bočići - en dejlig strand. Det tager ca. 30 minutter at gå til Trogir. Man kan også tage en Uber ret billigt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden og koster ca. 15 euro med Uber. Alt i alt et skønt sted.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with neutral bedding and a decorative pillow. A bedside lamp provides soft lighting. A mirror reflects natural light from the balcony door, which opens to a view of greenery and a small outdoor seating area.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Es waren tolle Tage direkt am Meer. Die gemütliche Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, der Balkon mit Meerblick ist einfach herrlich. Auch mit Hund war es sehr angenehm, die Wege direkt am Wasser entlang laufen zu können. Sehr ruhige Gegend zum entspannen und wohl fühlen.

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.
