Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

Purple haze

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Summer House Bougainvillea is located right above the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic sea. Explore hidden coves by villa's kayak and SUP, or island using 4 bikes (2 electric) swiping through the picturesque vineyards and olive tree roads. Start the day with breakfast on the summer kitchen's terrace, enjoy the dinner on a stunning sea view terrace. Read a book and eat local grapes in your cabana, enjoying the quiet evenings filled by crickets chirping and sea waves melody.

KaMaGo House 1

This stone holiday home, on the island of Brač, is located in a beautiful bay on a plot of 10,000 m2. Surrounded by olive trees and pine trees, it consists of separate buildings that are connected to each other by a large terrace. It provides peace and quiet away from the crowds and city noise. Ideal for a quiet family vacation or a relaxed get-together with friends until late at night. We want to emphasize that we fully use renewable solar energy sources.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
