Waterfront vacation rentals in Split

Communication via AirBnB to Shannon was hassle-free and she always responded very quickly despite the time difference to her place of residence. Check-in worked perfectly. The apartment itself is as shown in the pictures, you come in and feel right at home. The air conditioning works very well. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. In the area, you will find everything within walking distance. Bakery, café, supermarket (Ribola) within 2-5 minutes. A Lidl, Spar, Kaufland can be found in the neighboring village (about 10-15 minutes by car) if the shopping is larger. In the village itself, there is a lot to see and the location is also good for starting activities such as a visit to Split or Trogir (15-20 minutes by car or about 30 minutes by bus) There is a small parking lot right in front of the apartment, but this is only suitable for a small car (Opel Astra just fit). We were very pleased!

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed this property! The hosts were super accommodating and friendly and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants (of which we tried a few and loved!). A crib was provided for our baby which was convenient and the place was very clean. The balcony with beautiful water view was a plus.

We loved our two nights stay at Vina’s apartment. We are travelling with our 18month old toddler so it was important for us to find something suitable. He was able to sleep in the second bedroom in a cot and enough room in apartment to wander around. There was enough room to open bags and get ready for our boat trip. Location is perfect for 5 min walk to Bavice (very toddler friendly) or a 10 min walk to old town. He also liked the playground next to apartment. Everything very clean and AC was welcome after big day in sun. Vina great to deal with!

Ivica is a tremendous host. He personally met us when we arrived and explained the usage of the apartment. We helped us with parking and even drove us to the ferry on our departure. He is truly a model host. His apartment is fantastic, exceptionally clean, well stocked and has fantastic views. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood near good restaurants and beaches He provided useful information at the apartment for restaurants, beaches, transportation, parking, etc. We had a great time

This this accommodation was absolutely worth every cent, right in the heart of the old town. You don’t need a taxi to get anywhere unless you want to go to some beaches that are not so close by walking. You could literally walk straight out and you’re right in the heart of the city just outside the door. The host is very responsive and helpful. Quiet little lane, you don’t hear anything from the outside which is great and is very safe location We will definitely stay here again if we return to split

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Blanka's house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The café, the playground and the sea on the doorstep is great for the small family. We spent three nights there on our trip to Hvar and used the proximity to Split for excursions. It is highly recommended.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! We (a couple) enjoyed a great stay of a week at Vjera and Bruno’s new apartment on the doorstep of Old Town in Split. The apartment itself was ideal - in a new building, very clean, well decorated, comfortable king bed, spacious rooms, large closets, strong internet, strong AC units, washing machine, good shower with plenty of hot water, and kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Everything was in full working order. The apartment location was perfect - a 1 minute walk to the lovely promenade and from there a 5 minute walk around the bay to Old Town. The private and secure parking space was very useful for us. All communications were prompt and clear and accurate, with an efficient check-in and check-out process. Bruno provided some really useful suggestions on restaurants, bars, and activities. We strongly recommend this apartment as a great base for spending time in Split and the surrounding area.

This was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split! The location was perfect to see all the sites of Split yet in a quiet location away from noise and bustle. Beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away to have a quiet few hours. We were so comfortable in Dino’s apartment we were sad to leave. All the little touches from cookies, juice and water to the lovely abundance of towels and even bath robes and slippers! Dino is a fantastic host and was always so responsive to any of our questions.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
