Apartment vacation rentals in Split

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. Wonderful location, spacious flat. Very responsive host. Wine, beer and juice , cold water on arrival . Much appreciated Everything very good. Supermarket downstairs very convenient. The steps up were worth it. Had a great stay

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

We had a spectacular time in Split and Zarko’s home was a perfect pace for our family of 6. We loved that it was in the city and very close to everything. Zarko made several recommendations that were excellent. I would stay here again the next time we are in Split. Things to note for those booking: this is on the 4th floor so there are stairs. We had no issues at all but I am not sure that is so clear in the listing and may not be preferred for some travelers. Split is a much better location to stay in the city comparable to Dubrovnik. The old town in Dubrovnik would be nice for one night. Here in split you can live in the city. It is a beautiful place.

This place was in the perfect location, right outside the city walls. Everything was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place for my stay as a solo traveler. Just be aware that because of its close proximity to the city center, it can be a little noisy, so bring earplugs for sleeping. But you can’t beat the location for easy access to all the restaurants, shops, cafes, sightseeing and all of the boat tours.

Ela’s place was great! Only a few minutes walk to the main part of town and some of the best views of the port. It was exactly as described, easy to check in and had good WiFi

Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Beautiful apartment in a great location, within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants, beach and Marjan Park. Tanja was a great host, from the time we booked she was there to answer any questions, check in was easy and she offered lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was beautiful and homey, the front courtyard was gorgeous, and it’s located in an ideal location. Stana was very flexible with our check in/storing our luggage outside of our rental hours. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Split!

Perfect! Rent it! Ana's place is by far the best Air Bnb I have stayed at in the USA, Croatia, and Slovenia. She provided so many extra conveniences that we felt like home. She provided coffee, spices, oil, vinegar, juice, milk, fruit, jam, Nutella, etc. The beds were super comfortable. The location superb! She was extremely helpful! I 110% recommend Ana's place. You will love it!

My stay at the Apartment was great. The Apartment is surrounded by many Restaurants and Clubs and still very privat and quiet. Antonija was a good host, always proactive and provided me an early Check-in! Thanks again for this.

Absolutely amazing stay!! Definitely recommend this place if you are traveling to Split! Unbeatable location, with everything within walking distance: the sites, restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. it also has the best coffee shop just right downstairs. The apartment itself is super clean, cute, and comfortable. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Antonija was a fabulous host! She was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. She goes above and beyond for her guests and thinks of even the little things such as providing a bottle of water and a couple other beverages. She provides robes and little chocolates like you would find at a hotel. Small details that are much appreciated! We also asked for some extra towels to bring on a boat tour we had scheduled, and she dropped them off almost right away! Great place, great host with great recommendations. :)

We loved our two nights stay at Vina’s apartment. We are travelling with our 18month old toddler so it was important for us to find something suitable. He was able to sleep in the second bedroom in a cot and enough room in apartment to wander around. There was enough room to open bags and get ready for our boat trip. Location is perfect for 5 min walk to Bavice (very toddler friendly) or a 10 min walk to old town. He also liked the playground next to apartment. Everything very clean and AC was welcome after big day in sun. Vina great to deal with!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

Marijan’s place is such a great location. A short walk from the ferry or bus stations and tons of restaurants and sites to see. We loved opening the two windows at night and enjoying the view of the moon over water.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, including [shops/restaurants/transport]. The place was immaculate and we highly recommend it. Super clean and exactly as described. Matthew was a very caring, attentive and gracious host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions within minutes. Cold drinks and fresh fruit were waiting for us upon arrival.
