Monthly Rentals in Spjälkö

We chose Johan's house primarily because of the quiet location and the very good and modern amenities. Our expectations were met or exceeded. The last kilometers to the house run through meadows and forest. The furnishings of the house are modern and complete. We would like to emphasize the very good equipment of the kitchen with dishes, cookware and good appliances. We only had the boat once, and only used it with oars. The engine noise would probably have been the loudest noise in the two weeks of our vacation there. The sauna is a little further away than expected and is very picturesque. On Johan's recommendation list, we discovered and explored numerous excursion destinations. We had a very nice time in Johan's house and are more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

Cozy cabin with all the amenities in good condition. Clean and well prepared for guests. But the real draw of this place is the outside area. Beautiful view, right by the water. A lot of space to hang out, two barbecues, a hot tub and a private little jetty. Good things to know is that having a car is required to get around the area, and the sleeping loft is pretty cramped.

We felt totally comfortable here :) A nice little cottage, perfect for us as a small family. Everything was very clean. Communication with Anna was great. The sea is within walking distance and it's not far to the nearest town. We would definitely recommend it!

I stayed there for 2 months because I was moving to Sweden. Helped us out and let us stay longer. Always responsive and very good to talk to him. Cozy little apartment which has everything you would need. I would definitely choose staying there again. Highly recommend.
