Welcome to our cozy tiny house in the polder of Poortugaal and close to Rotterdam! Our tiny house is 18m2 and equipped with every comfort. There is a seating area and a fold-out dining table. There is a kitchenette with faucet, combination microwave, a separate two-burner electric stove, tea and coffee making facilities and complete tableware. In the same room, there is also the double bed (140 by 200 cm). Through a sliding door, you enter the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The guesthouse is part of Het Terphuis and is located in a monumental farmhouse in a rural area in Poortugaal. The farm has been restored by maintaining the historical elements. The Bird Room has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The living and dining room has a double sofa bed, fridge, kettle and coffee maker.
