New bright modern apartment on the beach

A few steps from the beach and the center is the FARO DELUXE apartment on the ground floor with balcony and large veranda with pergola, it is comfortable, bright, convenient and newly built. For your relaxation on the balcony you will find comfortable armchairs, sofas and a large table with chairs. In front of the structure there is the splendid beach and the small port, the starting point for the many excursions that are organized daily. Parking is included in the reservation.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo! We stayed at this very cozy apartment for 10 days - and what an apartment! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city and 100 meters from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It is clean and has everything you need for your stay. One of the best parts was the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and relax after a long day at the beach. There is a small and cozy outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for us and we could make our own food as well. The best part was however the hosts, Vita & Giuseppe!! So kind and warm and full of great suggestions We will definitely be back to San Vito Lo Capo and stay at Vita & Giuseppe’s apartment!

Great host! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the booking to the comunication to the checkout everything was perfect. Clean flat, everithing just 2 years old so uou could say it still new. Working jacuzzi with an amazing view. 1 min from the sea and carpark just in front. We will come again for sure in the future. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, one 7 and one 2 and there was enough space to sleep and move around.

We had a fantastic stay at Silke’s place. Tranquil location with stunning views and a stunning sunrise if you’re an early riser! I agree with many other reviews, the villa is even better in person. Alexandra and Alex greeted us, were extremely friendly and hospitable and were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more from a hosting perspective. You’ll need a car to get the most out of the experience. Some of the roads leading to the villa are unpaved (no problem) but a car that isn’t super low would be preferable. The pool was warm, there were multiple comfortable outdoor spaces which we found positively impacted our stay. The whole design of the villa is great. The villa was perfectly equipped and we couldn’t ask for anything more during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Charming villa surrounded by nature at a very short distance from the center of San Vito lo Capo. Exactly matching the photos and description. Wonderful sunsets to enjoy from the large outdoor patio. Super equipped private spa. Everything is impeccably kept, a very clean house. The owner and the partner are two adorable and super helpful people. Wonderful and unforgettable vacation. Thanks. We would definitely recommend this place. The great location, perfectly clean, well equiped, with great atmosphere and really nice owners. Beach is 3mins walking, town centre 1min walking, supermarket 5mins. The house itself is very cosy, we would love to come back.
