Apartment vacation rentals in Spiaggia di Cavoli

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft von Laura und waren sehr zufrieden. Von dem Balkon in der Küche konnten wir das Meer sehen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Basis für einen Urlaub auf Elba, da der Hafen für die Fähren und die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura deswegen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

sono stata presso questa casa per il trail dell'Elba con 2 amici. comodissima come posizione, a piedi qualche minuto sei in centro e sulla spiaggia. la casa ha Parcheggio interno, ed è spaziosa e pulita all'interno e con tutti i confort. Cucina ultra accessoriata già comprensiva di tutti i condimenti, caffè, zucchero, tè, tisane. idem per il bagno con sapone e tutti i detersivi per la pulizia. la host Serena e la sua mamma Rita sono state perfette e gentilissime! grazie, spero di poter tornare presto!!!!

die Wohnung lieht oberhalb in der Bucht von Nisportino - in guten 5 Minuten ist man am Wasser. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und die sehr großzügige Terrasse ist von außen absolut nicht einsehbar. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut und sogar Spülmittel und Schwamm waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns sind von Marzia und Umberto auf herzlichste begrüßt worden.

Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Porto Azzurro e, di conseguenza, molto vicino a tutti i servizi. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, pulito, dotato di climatizzazione, immerso nella quiete e nel verde. Tutto questo ha reso il tempo nell’appartamento piacevole quanto quello passato in giro per l’isola! Alessio si è rivelato un proprietario sempre disponibile, sorridente, gentile e mai invadente. Tutti i suoi consigli sono stati preziosi e azzeccati per due persone come noi che mai avevano visitato l’isola. Per concludere, quindi, la nostra esperienza nell’appartamento di Alessio e all’isola d’Elba è stata indimenticabile! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo alloggio! La posizione è perfetta, centralissima e comoda per esplorare tutta la isola, ma allo stesso tempo incredibilmente tranquilla. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Inoltre, era estremamente pulito, un aspetto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo in totale serenità in una location ideale.

noi siamo stati benissimo, Danilo è stato gentilissimo anche sulle indicazioni del meteo permettendoci di anticipare l'arrivo. Locali spaziosi e pulitissimi. Piombino è stata una sorpresa anche come cittadina molto carina nei suoi lungo mare...il mare lo sapevo già che è bello.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la casa è molto bella e funzionale, fantastico il tavolo fuori. La posizione non è comodissima, visto che è necessario l'utilizzo di una macchina (per arrivare a Marciana Marina sono 30 minuti a piedi), però è molto tranquilla, riparata e soprattutto fresca. La casa è come da foto e abbiamo trovato campioncini di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, sapone per mani, sapone per piatti e spugna. Consigliata!

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Marianna ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir hatten bei unserer Anreise Probleme die Ferienwohnung zu finden und sie war sofort zur Stelle und hat uns in Capoliveri abgeholt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht und bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich allerdings um ein Reihenendhaus (was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war), was bedeutet, dass auch andere Gäste den Garten mitbenutzen und man auf dem Freisitz keine Privatsphäre hat. Wir hatten aber auf jeden Fall eine tolle Urlaubswoche.

La nostra è stata la prima volta all'isola dell'Elba…la posizione della casa è strategica, ci si può muovere a piedi e in bicicletta (che sono messe a disposizione degli ospiti), ma ubicata in una zona tranquilla. Molto gentile e disponibile …insomma una bellissima vacanza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir ( Familie mit zwei Töchtern ) erlebten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Wie bereits andere Gäste mitteilten, war ein morgendliches Bad im Meer kein Problem. Guiseppe vermittelte uns einen Kontakt zum Fahrradverleih, sodass aus den fussläufigen zehn Minuten nur fünf wurden. Ansonsten herrscht bei Guiseppe eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Jederzeit war er auskunftsfähig und gut gelaunt. Unser absolutes Highlight war ein schwanzloser Kater mit einem absolut freundlichen Wesen, der auf dem Gelände herum streunerte. Wir waren sofort verliebt in ihn. Er bekam viele Streicheleinheiten, wurde von uns gebürstet und futtertechnisch versorgt, was er mit viel Miauzen und „Gerede“ quittierte. Nicht nur deswegen viel uns der Abschied ziemlich schwer. Wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall, wiederzukommen und Guiseppe und den Kater wiederzusehen. An dieser Stelle noch einmal einen herzlichen Dank für alles vor allem für die frischen, sehr schmackhaften Tomaten, die uns Guiseppe von seinen Ländereien brachte.

Ho alloggiato per un weekend con il mio fidanzato in una delle camere della struttura. Si tratta di un bellissimo agriturismo in mezzo al verde, silenzioso e accogliente, con un'atmosfera magica. È vicinissimo al mare e a molti siti etruschi da visitare. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile e colazione, pranzo e cena presso la struttura sono davvero raccomandati. Le cuoche sono state gentilissime e hanno preparato dei piatti senza glutine su richiesta. Inoltre, ad ogni pasto è stata offerta una grande varietà di pietanze toscane tipiche con modalità buffet. In generale, località bellissima e agriturismo assolutamente consigliato!

Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. L'agriturismo si trova abbastanza vicino a luoghi d'interesse e allo stesso tempo ben isolato perché sopra una collina... ideale! La struttura è ampia e ben organizzata in due blocchi e questo assicura calma e privacy. L'appartamento molto grazioso, rustico e accogliente.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Superbe appartement donnant sur une terrasse très agréable, ombragée et protégée de la rue (côté mer !). La chambre est très spacieuse et le tout décoré avec goût. Le jacuzzi est un plus ! À quelques pas de deux excellents restaurants de poisson au bord de l’eau…

Alloggio centralissimo per girare l'isola. Contesto rilassante, curato nei dettagli, immerso nel verde. Casa pulita e attrezzata, personalizzata da Chris. Host presente e super disponibile, che mette tanto lavoro e dedizione nella sua attività e si vede. Merita davvero l'area esterna, con un bel giardino e una fantastica piscina. Perfetta la posizione. L'alloggio di Massimiliano è un appartamento con ambienti spaziosi, luminosi e ben arieggiati dal momento che ha ampie finestre su tre lati della casa. L'abitazione è dotata di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno ed è stata consegnata perfettamente in ordine e pulitissima. E' sempre possibile parcheggiare di fronte all'abitazione o a circa 100 mt in un parcheggio ombreggiato. I maggiori supermercati e negozi di Venturina si trovano tutti a meno di 1,5 km. Le bellissime spiagge di Rimigliano e Baratti si raggiungono comodamente in auto in pochi minuti trovandosi rispettivamente a 7 e 9 km.

La Gualda Vecchia: eine malerische Idylle fernab vom Trubel des Alltags. Auf 9 Hektar Waldstück inmitten der wilden und gleichzeitig erlösend ruhigen Toskana haben sich die beiden Gastgeber ihren Lebenstraum verwirklicht. Und zu unserem Glück lassen sie uns daran teilhaben. Das Haus mit seinem toskanischen Charme, stilvollen Zimmern und liebervoller Einrichtung ruht auf einer kleinen Anhöhe von welcher aus man in die Tiefen der etruskischen Wälder blicken kann. Und rundherum: ein Garten, welcher auch nach einigen Tagen noch nicht ganz entdeckt war. Beim Spazieren von der Yurte über den Pfad der Emotionen, zum SPA, vorbei an einem kleinen Gewächshaus und dann durch den Gemüse- und Blumengarten kann man schon mal die Zeit vergessen. Es war einfach unglaublich! Danke für alles!!!
