Country house near the circuit, pool, billiards

We had a magical stay at Stephane’s place. The house is a charming mixture of old and new and the games room was a real hit. Many a happy hour was spent playing pool and trampolining. The swimming pool was beautifully maintained and we swam at least 3 times a day. We ate outside almost everyday under the shade of a tree with a gentle breeze. They have a couple of resident cats. One we didn’t really see but the other was very friendly and enjoyed being stoked by people of all ages and its favourite spot for sleeping was at our feet 😊. We didn’t explore much of the local area because the house was such a lovely place to be but Le Mans was a great day out. It is worth noting the in August much of France shuts down for their holidays but there are always local supermarkets that are open. There was also much more to the house with its amazing sound systems (real record players and Alexa for example) and movie projector that we didn’t get round to exploring.

In the peace and quiet of its countryside

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Very pleasant stay in a very functional house that allowed us to live together by being 11 people. The terrace was perfect for us to enjoy the sun. Kim was very responsive and allowed us to arrive a little earlier to settle in and leave a little later. Thank you again and therefore we highly recommend this very spacious house

We spent 2 nights for the end of the year in Maryline's home with 7 adults and 2 children. The accommodation is very nice with 4 bedrooms, 1 large living room with a fireplace (big plus), and a well-equipped and very bright kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and the forest. Maryline is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended.

Brilliant holiday, the house and its surroundings were beautiful. The pool was amazing as was the snooker room. Cecile and Phillip were wonderful hosts, attentive when needed but didn’t intrude on your holiday, would highly recommend this place and we would love to return again.

Isabelle has wonderful apartment and is very polite and responsive. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious. She provides a fridge and cupboards stocked with everyday essentials. The kitchen has an extensive range of gadgets and utensils. Nicely located for city centre ,old town and tram network.

Our stay at Brigitte's was lovely. Exceptional woman, open to exchange. We will remember his strong sympathy. A very clean, very well decorated and equipped house. A beautiful garden, maintained by Brigitte. The house is in the middle of nature, in absolute calm. Less than 10 minutes from Le Mans, cinemas, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, our trips are done very quickly and easily. The pool is a big plus. We recommend without hesitation!

Came with a big family for the Easter weekend, everyone found what they were looking for, between the gym, the ping-pong table, the basketball court and of course the outdoor "orchard" area for egg hunting!! 😉 The bedding was great, and the fact that we had sheets and towels was great👌. Our very friendly hosts told us about nearby outings (Hikes) Not often as you are woken up by the rooster crowing and you can admire the tail feathers of 2 peacocks! We had a lovely weekend, too bad the weather wasn't very sunny!

Really easy check-in even with the delay of us getting in to France Amazing garden with a nice patio to sit out on Nice big open kitchen which was great for a larger group like ours Convenient having tram stops so close by making it easy to get to the track and in to the centre of Le Mans. Would recommend!

We were delighted to be able to eat in the cozy nest proposed by Anais when we came for an event at the Le Mans circuit. The circuit is very easy to access. Breakfast was perfect.
