House vacation rentals in Spata

Vasileio (and his family) were very good hosts, reactive and helpful. One of his daughters showed us around, explained everything well, very freindly. They even had the sofa beds prepared for the kids as we arrived late. The house was really well equipped and clean. Would recommend it to stay there. Thanks for the Lemonade !

Thank you for a very nice stay! ☀️🙌 Panos is a super host and the apartment is everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets from the outdoor area. Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

We had the best week ever. Maro and her family went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The facilities are stunning, exceptionally clean and the views were amazing. As a group of 5 young girls we felt so safe and Maro & family ensured we were completely comfortable. Maro kindly cooked us a delicious bbq on our last night and John was kind enough to drop us off at the airport when we were struggling with the taxis! We would recommend this to everybody and we will be sharing with our family and friends. Thank you so much Maro & family xxx

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestead! The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The swimming pool was a real highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also fantastic—within walking distance to some stunning beaches and great restaurants. The entire space felt peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly

Very clean, responsive host and good ameneties. Pretty far from Athens but nice villa to stay in. Taxi to the nearest metro around 30min. Host came by during visit to bring clean towels. Good stay all round!

Host is very helpful, house and garden very beautiful with amazing view.

We had a great stay with 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. The house (and garden and pool) is mega well maintained and super clean. Antonis sent cozy voice messages in advance with clear instructions and his mother received us well before the check-in time (this was not a problem). If there was anything, we could go to them all the stay and we were even surprised again with delicious fresh rolls. We went to Athens for 1 day, which was easy to do with a car. Furthermore, there is not much (in the low season) to experience in the area, but since the house is so nice, that doesn't have to be at all. Great stay!

We have stayed here before and liked it. It is close to the airport and Maria and her family are very friendly. There were snacks and fruits. Parking right outside is a bonus.

Christos’ place was an awesome location for our group of 6 adults. We stayed there for a night before our flight home from Athens. The spot was beautiful, modern and walkable to the seaside restaurants & cafes. We’d highly recommend!!

the host was very helpful and friendly and was able to provide transport to and from the airport. I only stayed overnight but in the short time I was very impressed. I wish I had been there longer to truly enjoy the place and the great outdoor space there.

Stay for one night only. But satisfied with both the room and the place where it is rented.

Great place for people that are waiting to grab an early flight the next day. Lou was super helpful and waited for us despite a late arrival. Explained everything well and made us feel at home. We can't speak of the surrounding areas as we were just there for the overnight and take our flight back hom the next day. That said, it seemed that all the ammenities were available nearby. Loved our stay despite how short it was.

*Please note: This is not a review for Sofias apartment as we did not stay there due to it having been double booked. Our host Kelly was kind enough to offer us accommodation at the more expensive Hellas apartment instead at no extra cost to us. She met us there and showed us around as well and was really lovely to chat to. Hellas apartment was on the ground floor and was so nice and cool that we didn't even need to use the air conditioner! The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area was very spacious and the two double bedrooms each had their own TV and very comfortable beds and pillows. It was only a 4 minute drive from lots of restaurants along the Artimeda beach area, and an easy drive to the airport early in the morning.  If you have the windows and shutters closed the air traffic noise is really not an issue - and we both slept well! I would highly recommend this lovely clean apartment to other travellers.

We loved our stay at Porto Rafti! A beautiful location and home that was so clean and safe. Angeliki was so responsive to any questions we had, I am truly impressed.

We loved Maria’s place and would definitively recommend it to others. Maria’s mother Dora let us in on arrival and was very thorough and pleasant showing us around. Looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was clean and bright. The beach and many excellent restaurants are within walking distance. It’s on the main drag so it can get a bit loud but that’s the trade-off of being near everything. My only negative would be the stairs getting to the door, a little high and steep. We even added a couple of days to our stay we enjoyed it here so much. Thank you Maria and Dora, Anthony & Dimitrios
