We live less than 1 mile from the cottage, so we are quickly available for anything the guests need. We will meet guests with the key or if it’s after hours, there is a lockbox. The house is minutes from I-26, yet it feels like the heart of the country, with views of the mountains and cattle grazing in the field next door. Popular tourist destinations Asheville, Greenville, Tryon, Landrum, and Hendersonville are nearby. Plenty of parking in the concrete driveway with turnaround so you can exit safely since our road can get busy at times. Caution, Please be aware of the loft ladder type access if you have toddler age children or babies, this might not be the rental for you. The loft is 8’5” from the living room floor. There will be an escape ladder under the twin beds upstairs that can be hung out the upstairs window in case of fire.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.
