Electric and gas grills available with outdoor sink for cleaning fish. Attached to hobby farm with goats, ducks, geese, and chickens. More than 50 acres available to roam with 4 ponds. 1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

NOTE: Lake Sinclair drawdown will start 10/25/25 and lake refill will commence 12/1/25. Lake refill is a very slow process and lake level is still low. Lakefront manufactured home on secluded cove on Lake Sinclair. Two kayaks provided for a fun time on the lake! 3 bedroom – 2 bathroom house with 30 foot screened in deck and 2 additional decks with full sun.
