The U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] are 5 minutes away. Wi-Fi, Apple TV free. 200 square meters on 2 floors. Large, bright rooms that have been tastefully furnished and offer everything to feel "at home." The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Ideal for trade fair congress visitors, business people, small families.

Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Living in an apartment for 1 - 2 people overlooking the treetops in a quiet, green location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, 1-minute walk from the S 3 and S 9. Trade fair, Waldbühne, Olympic Stadium, 20 minutes to West City, 6 minutes to Spandau long-distance train station. Non-smoking accommodation and no party zone no alcoholic football fans please. Towels, coffee and tea are of course available.

The accommodation is conveniently located in a green area. The Olympic Stadium is within walking distance, as is the metro. Fully equipped and cozy :) Suitable for 2 persons.
