Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

Mi bisabuelo compró el terreno para hacer una pequeña casa de madera en la que su mujer, mi bisabuela, pudiese ponerse el traje de baño en un sitio privado. Era principios del siglo XX y la gente empezaba a nadar simplemente por placer. Finalmente decidió construir una casa y fue así el primer apartamento de playa en el Puerto de Sóller; por aquel entonces todo era campo y pudo elegir las mejores vistas y localización de todo el paseo marítimo. La casa es preciosa, muy acogedora y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Todo con una limpieza impecable. Los colchones y almohadas muy cómodos. La zona muy tranquila para poder descansar bien. Todo perfecto. La anfitriona es encantadora y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo necesario. No dudó en recomendarnos lugares de la zona que nos encantaron. Muy detallista hasta con nuestra perrita. Gracias de corazón. Es maravilloso poder hospedarse en un lugar así.

Estamos muy satisfechos con el alojamiento de Paco y Maria , dias antes a nuestra llegada hubo un problema con nuestra reserva y nos ofreció otro de sus alojamientos por lo mismo que el anterior o la devolución de la reserva , lo cual nos satisfizo mucho ya que el ofrecido era superior , luego al llegar él mismo nos llevó al alojamiento y entregó las llaves y nuestra sorpresa aún mayor cuando al verlo nos había dejado muchos detalles de bienvenida como unas cajas de bombones en nuestras camas y la nevera con muchas cosas , fruta, leche, vinos, champan,pizza,tortilla de patatas, agua para hacernos la llegada genial por si no llegas con ganas de salir a comer fuera y hacer la compra al día siguiente, es la primera vez que recibimos tantos obsequios a nuestra llegada como en el alojamiento de Paco y Maria , y eso que ya hemos estado en unos cuantos en esta app , por todo ello les damos muchas gracias a los dos por todo lo recibido y amabilidad y si podemos volveremos!!! Muchas gracias 😘

This townhome was everything we hoped for and more. The location is just unbeatable—directly above one of the beaches, with the most breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets over the Mediterranean. The home is bright, airy, and well maintained. It’s super comfortable, with incredible roof terraces. Sitges is wonderfully walkable, and from this spot, you're steps from the beach and just minutes away from amazing restaurants, cute cafés, and charming shops. No need for a car—you can walk everywhere! Our host was absolutely lovely—so kind, thoughtful, and incredibly communicative. They made everything easy and seamless, and were always available for questions or local recommendations. Our welcome basket was perfect and generous (everything we needed for the first day or two before we made it to the market). This was one of our favorite stays ever, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking—do it. You won’t regret it!

Alles aan het appartement was super. Echt maar dan ook echt niets op aan te merken. Alles aanwezig en vol luxe voor een zeer betaalbare prijs en uitzicht op de haven. Het park was zeer netjes onderhouden en de winkels en restaurants zijn heel goed en prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend. Het enige wat ons niet meezat was het weer maar daar kon Nicola uiteraard niets aan doen. Zij heeft alle informatie zeer zorgvuldig en duidelijk aan ons toegezonden en tussentijds ook nog geregeld gevraagd of alles duidelijk en in orde was. Dit appartement is zeer zeker een aanrader en een grote pluim voor Nicola. Patrick, Vivian, Johny en Heike

We hebben een heerlijk week gehad in het mooie appartement van Joan. Top: de locatie is echt op 2 minuten lopen van het strand en meerdere goede/ leuke restaurants/ koffiebarretjes. Tevens uitzicht over zee en op de bergen vanaf dakterras en balkon. Voor het huis is er een grote schone speeltuin, overdag is het daar een hele gezellige hangout voor ouders en kinderen, dat hoor je wel in en om het huis, maar stoorde ons niet. Het was rond 20:30u eigenlijk altijd stil. Het appartement is veel groter dan de foto’s op airbnb doen vermoeden! Er zijn twee hele comfortabele sfeervolle badkamers met zeep en veel handdoeken en een grote keuken met heel veel keukengerei. Ook zijn er enkele strandattributen in de kelder. Enige minpuntje voor ons waren de twee 1 persoonsbedden ipv 2 persoonsbed. De matrassen zijn ook een beetje doorgezakt. Kortom het appartement is echt heel erg aan te raden! Tip: een traphekje voor de kleine kinderen zou het huis nog kindvriendelijker make

Hemos estado alojados por 1 mes y nos hemos sentido como en casa! Queda muy cerca de la estación de Alsa y tiene un supermercado enfrente que tiene todo lo necesario para salir del paso! Cuando necesitamos algo, Daniela nos ha respondido a la brevedad. El apartamento estaba limpio, con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, lavavajillas y hasta secadora de ropa! Lo recomiendo!!

Loger dans un bateau était une première pour nous. Les lits ne sont pas tres grand, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous étions 1 par lit. Avoir une cuisine avec un extérieur assez grand est un énorme plus pour profiter du soleil et passer des moments entre nous. Nous avons été tres bien accueilli et notre hôte a toujours été super réactif.
