Our beautiful treehouse has been built with the utmost respect for the surrounding nature, overlooking a beautiful pond and with a large private outdoor space. Built with beautiful materials, the exterior was made with old pine boards from very old dismantled chalets in the Pyrenees. The roof is made of cedar shingles that give a very natural look by blending perfectly with this beautiful nature. Our lovely cabin sleeps two people You will spend the night in a large, very welcoming and ultra comfortable 160 cm bed. When you arrive the bed is already made, sheets, duvet, blankets and pillows are present. A dry toilet of course, a small sink provides you with drinking water at room temperature. Towels are at your disposal. In winter, you can enjoy a pleasant and gentle warmth thanks to the small wood-burning stove that crackles at the foot of the bed. Everything is on site, the small kindling wood, the logs, the firelighters, the matches... Electricity is supplied by solar panels installed on the property for lighting and charging mobile phones. In the small fridge, drinks are available at no extra cost. In the morning around 8 a.m., a delicious breakfast is served on the terrace. We come discreetly so as not to wake you, but don't take too long to take possession of it because the squirrels are there and they shouldn't leave with the pastries ;-) During the summer period you can enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the pond where ducks, herons, aquatic turtles and other water birds mingle and have your breakfast among this beautiful nature. If you want to enjoy the nocturnal animal life, it is recommended to leave the curtain open to admire many small animals coming to feed in the small feeder on the window 50 cm from you, the squirrels come from sunrise and the birds throughout the day. A list of some restaurants in the village is available if you want to eat in the evening as well as photos with the names of the small animals often encountered in the woods. In short, everything is done to make you have a great experience and a sweet night in the heart of nature.

Independent house in the heart of the orchards. All comforts, large property totally isolated but close to all the amenities of the beautiful village of Aubel. Four bedrooms for 2 people, equipped with TV as well as a games room/office with TV as well. Large lot with 2 terraces, garden furniture, large parking lot and Corten steel barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen. For a moment of disconnection and relaxation in the quiet and with the birdsong. Late check-out on Sunday until 6 p.m.

Located near the restaurant "Le Chalet Suisse" in Balmoral on the heights of Spa (3 km), the trailer will be the ideal starting point, beautiful walks, relaxation at the thermal baths (2 km), a game of golf (500 m) or visit the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

Relax in a unique setting. The Squirrel's tree house suspended in the heart of the trees will provide you with well-being and fullness. For nature lovers, you are close to the Hautes Fagnes plateau, the Hoëgne and Warche valleys, the Coo and Bayehon waterfalls. For cycling enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège circuit😀. For motorsport enthusiasts, you are close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (2 km).

The 42

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The 42 has just been completely renovated. It is a ground floor apartment, located next to the Ravel, a 5-minute walk to the city center, a 10-minute drive to Francorchamps. Guests can enjoy the thermal baths, take long walks in the woods, discover the area by bike. A garage for small cars is at your disposal, otherwise you can park your car for free nearby.

The Terrace of Springs

Spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Spa, just a few meters from the Casino and the famous Thermal Baths. Completely renovated in 2022. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Large equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious living room. 2 bedrooms with king size beds and shower area + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathtub. One of the large bedrooms has air conditioning. For other rooms, fans are available on hot days.

While the Ecluse Simon has been completely renovated to offer all modern comforts, no structural transformation has been carried out in this house registered with the Walloon Regional Heritage.
