Apartment in a villa with character located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
