A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

Guests can enjoy the thermal baths, take long walks in the woods, discover the area by bike. A garage for small cars is at your disposal, otherwise you can park your car for free nearby.

You are close to the charming spa town of Spa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of the "Great Spa Towns of Europe", a few km from the Spa Francorchamps circuit, cultural, historical and recreational places to discover such as, among others, the towns of Stavelot and Malmedy.

Le Chaumont

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

The studio of Villa Madeleine

3 km from the thermal baths and 5 km from the Francorchamps circuit, in our 3-sided villa, we offer a small 32 m² studio on the second floor. This studio consists of a living room (kitchenette, sofa, table), bedroom and shower room (with toilet). The entrance to the villa and half of the stairwell are therefore shared with the owners who live in the rest of the Villa.
