On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

It is located in the beautiful old 18th century farmhouse. It is a very quiet cottage of 50 m2, completely self-contained; You also have a space under an arbor for lunch outside. The pool is accessible to you, in a beautiful garden overlooking the Vercors. Walking tours on leaving and on the Vercors 10 minutes away. Village center minutes away and TGV train station 15 minutes away.

Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center…. Because it goes down….!!! Parking with trailer without any problems. Our swimming pool (in season) and deckchairs are available.
