Vacation rentals with a patio in Soyans

We had a fantastic time at Franck’s place. Franck and Helene are wonderful hosts. This is a delightful place to stay, quiet and pretty, an oasis of calm right next to the city centre. Helene is an expert in foot reflex massage too. We highly recommend their place and hope to come back.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful decor. Very clean and tidy, well-equipped, located on a busy street but no noise inside the apartment. Thanks to the double windows that insulate well from noise.

Annick is a very calm, warm and smiling woman, we had a very pleasant stay, a real corner of paradise in the countryside among the lavender fields. Bidule, her very affectionate dog, kept us company during the day and the cat encouraged us to play table tennis, after a good swim in the infinity pool. Annick had good tips for visits and restaurants, we also had an excellent meal at the Cigale et la Fourchette, fine and inexpensive. We enjoyed our private terrace without any inconvenience despite the adjoining. Healthy, modern, well-equipped accommodation. Air conditioning if necessary.

We had a lovely stay ,the accommodation is very nice ,in the studio nothing is missing,the terrace is large, a waterfall a few minutes away , quiet place and ideal for relaxing.

Excellent hosting. The accommodation is super good and very clean. Quiet and safe. Close to shops and beautiful walks to take. We recommend this listing which is really very good for a couple. Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated, very well equipped close to everything on foot. We spent three wonderful cocooning days there surrounded by all the touches left in the cupboards for our use. Very pleasant and responsive contact. We really enjoyed Didier and Perrine's gîte! It's a wonderful place in the middle of the vineyards. The cottage has everything you need, the pool is lovely and our son really liked the fish pond! Nearby, there is plenty to do, for young and old. We'd love to come back here again! Thanks!

We stayed one night at Casita last weekend. Simply perfect. Flawless home, well thought out and tastefully decorated. Easy parking in front of the house and clear instructions for check-in/out. There's everything you need for babies. The baby bed was already ready when we arrived, a bathtub too. High chair available. We'll be back for sure.

Very nice home, peaceful and relaxing environment. Friendly kitchen, large rooms and good bedding. There were 12 of us and everyone had their privacy. Very good stay with Nina who is a great host.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the studio for 4 nights, and it was an incredible experience. The location, nestled between Allan and Montélimar, is quite remote, which is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from city life. There’s a service station 5 mins away, but most places are only accessible by car. It's a beautifully quiet and serene area. We slept like babies every night! Montélimar town is only a short drive away, making it convenient to explore. The studio itself was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The pictures truly don’t do it justice! We stayed at the end of August when the weather was very hot, but the property remained cool and comfortable throughout our stay, which was a huge relief. The owners, Jean-François and Bouclette are the sweetest and kindest hosts we've ever met. Incredibly friendly, even drove us to town and to Maison Claudie for a friend's wedding, which was so thoughtful. Highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much Jean-François and Bouclette!

Weekend with friends, private chef, walks, paragliding, wine tasting in a vineyard, sun, everything came together for a good time. Thank you Eloise, it was very smooth to communicate with you and the accommodation was perfect for our weekend.

Beatrice welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place is very quiet with parking available. There's also a garage. The garden is very nice. The house is spacious , bright and sunny. The bedding was to our liking. We had a pleasant stay in Cornas.

Cécile is a very welcoming and friendly host. His tastefully decorated home allowed us to have a pleasant stay. All amenities are available including a tea room in the room. The neighborhood is very quiet which with the right bedding makes the night restful. I would highly recommend it!

The apartment is actually much better than in the photos, tasteful, very comfortable and very clean. As for the terrace (not to mention it at the risk of not being able to return if there are too many candidates), a real paradise.
