Waterfront vacation rentals in Soverato

Luca è una persona tanto gentile quanto disponibile, non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun tipo e la permanenza a Soverato è stata decisamente positiva. Grazie Luca

Casa comoda per la posizione accanto al mare e molto pulita. La signora Giovanna si è dimostrata molto disponibile e carina.

Wir haben nun zum zweiten mal im Apartment von Uldrich übernachtet. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet! Uldrich antwortet bei Fragen außergewöhnlich schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider nur für zwei Übernachtungen Zeit, aber diese Zeit haben wir sehr genossen und uns perfekt erholt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, werden wir ganz sicher wieder dort übernachten!

Il soggiorno preso la struttura di Mario è andato benissimo, oltre le nostre aspettative. La sistemazione è accogliente, fornita di tutto e silenziosa, nonostante si trovi in una posizione centralissima. Mario e la signora Lisa, che ci ha accolto personalmente, sono sempre disponibili e tempestivi nelle risposte. Assolutamente consigliato.

We stayed in Maria's place for two days. The flat was clean and verry close to the sea. Market, and coffee shop just outside the building. The place wad really really clean. The fridge was stocked up with refreshments. I recomend Maria's place, 10/10

Es un alojamiento a las afueras del pueblo cercano al aeropuerto. Un buen sitio si tienes que dormir cerca del aeropuerto. El estudio es muy bonito y cómodo.

il S.Nicola è una persona veramente gentile e accogliente, capace di far sentire a casa i propri ospiti e dedicargli il tempo necessario per la loro tranquillità. L'appartamento è molto carino, a due passi dal mare e dal minimakert/tabacchi e ristorante. Con i suoi 16 gattini la compagnia di certo non mancherà nel periodo di soggiorno. L'ambiente molto pulito e ben curato con tutti i dovuti confort non vi lascerà interdetti. La zona sì è un pò spoglia di attività, ma spostarsi con la macchina non risulterà mai un problema, altri borghi vicini vi attendono

Ci Siamo trovati benissimo a Soverato nell’appartamento di Anthony. Posizione comoda, vicinissimo al corso principale e al supermercato. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e nuovo, curato con dettagli. Anthony è sempre stato disponibile, amichevole e chiaro nelle indicazioni. Grazie di tutto e’ stato un ottimo soggiorno anche grazie a voi :)

Il sig .Salvatore brava è molto disponibile alloggio molto bello con una vista sul mare stupenda ci siamo trovati veramente bene

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Recent gerenoveerd huis. Veel ruimte, prima voor grotere gezinnen/groepen. Op de begane grond is er ook een kantoorruimte en een game room, beiden met slaapbanken en tv's. In de grote kelder zit de sportruimte, tafeltennistafel en een wasmachine en droger. Op de 1e verdieping een riante master bedroom, met aparte badkamer, een walk in closet en een tv. Ook de andere twee slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben tweepersoonsbedden. Met nog een 2e badkamer. Verspreid over het huis zijn meerdere balkons en terassen, deels overdekt. Het was luxe en we hebben hier heel comfortabel 1,5 week doorgebracht als gezin met drie jonge kinderen. Vlakbij zit een bakker met ijssalon waar je ook kunt ontbijten. Verder vele pizzeria's in de buurt. En natuurlijk de zee met zandstranden in de directe omgeving. De omgeving is niet echt ingesteld op toerisme, waardoor je het authentieke Italiaanse alledaagse leven mee krijgt. Zoek je een comfortabel huis op een rustige plek? Dan raad ik je dit zeker aan!

Great location on the beach! Perfect summer stay. Close to all, beach and restaurants. Rossana was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Heerlijk huis met privacy aan het strand. Wij waren met 8 volwassene en dat was heel goed te doenm Ontzettend behulpzame co-host Andrea.

Antonio était très réactif, nous avons pu arriver en avance dans l'appartement. Antonio nous a indiqué plusieurs activités et restaurants à faire. C'était très agréable de communiquer avec Antonio (en anglais ;) ) Je recommande!

Ottima esperienza. Manuela è stata sempre disponibile, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Casa provvista di qualsiasi prodotto per la pulizia da utilizzare durante il soggiorno. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene, come se fossimo a casa. Consigliatissimo. 100/100

Nice place in the centre of a charming town, all commodities are at a walkable distance. Just missing the wifi in the apartment. Alessia was very active to make sure our stay was the best.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
