You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The hammam wasn't available, but it wasn't needed. I highly recommend the property.

I had a short stay but it was excellent! Sarah and her husband are very welcoming, responsive and extremely kind hosts, which is really nice when you want to have a good stay! They were very accommodating for my arrival at the accommodation and their help was invaluable. The setting is peaceful and relaxing. Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

It was a great experience, a clean and tidy apartment, the location was easy to find, and the owner was very attentive to introduce us to the surrounding amenities, which was great!

Very courteous and very discreet host, very quiet and easily accessible location, a small terrace, a garden area with barbecue with an indoor pool available, a large supermarket less than two kilometers away, the only downside if I had to give one would be the shower area where a small shelf to put bath products would be missing, I recommend it!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
