Discover Southport from our lovely apartment. This stylish newley refurbished apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Just 50 metres from Promanade and marine lake and 150 metres from the famous Lord Street northern quarter where you can indulge in the many award winning restaurant & bars. The newly refurbished Grand & bold are well worth a visit or why not try Southports oldest fish & chip shop the swan all just a short stroll away. There is also 6 world class golf courses including the famous Royal Birkdale. Adventure Land theme park, viking golf , marine lake with there many attractions are just just a short walk away. Victoria Park,Hesketh Park & Botanic Gardens are 3 fantastic parks ensuring there is something here for everyone. Although being just a stones throw from all the action this is a pieceful location giving you a relaxing break. Staying here allows you access to the private Enclosed garden. Oh, and it s pet-friendly too! Sorry no cats As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. kitchen is well equipped has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, fridge freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart tv and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first floor bedroom, you will find a queen bed with super comfortable mattress and cotton bedding. The second floor bedroom contains 2 single beds with super comfortable mattresses and cotton bedding. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a 1 single sofa beds. Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities due to stairs and steps down to kitchen and toilet. The bathroom comes with a newly installed walk in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is one free parking space available. (Not suitable for large vans or pickup trucks) but parking is available on street outside or a carpark 50yards away @ 3 a day. - There is a washing machine at property. - 1 well behaved Dog are allowed at the property. (Sorry no cats). Please contact owner if more than 1 dog. Quite time from 10pm ensuring everyone has a good night sleep.

Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
