Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.
