Monthly Rentals in Southesk Parish

I would definitely recommend Brett’s place to anyone who’s looking for a pet friendly getaway in a cozy cabin. We went with snowmobiling in mind but I noticed snowshoes were there for guests to use. The fireplace was a nice touch since it was 20 below and stormy during our stay. Our dog had lots of room to run and play. I will definitely be back. :)

We were looking for a place to host several family members coming into town for a wedding and stumbled on this absolute gem of a property. The cabin and associated out buildings are very charming and the natural beauty of the area is worth the price of admission, alone. Everyone enjoyed their stay and had a great time kayaking and fishing in the river. I’d definitely book again for any future visits. Jodi, the host, was always very responsive to my questions.

Absolutely loved our stay at Kara’s place! It was spotless and the location right by the water made it extra special. Kara was a fantastic host—super responsive and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

This is our 2nd stay at Kapusta Sunset and we have enjoyed it immensely. The entrance at the back is appreciated as I require the use of a walker. The doorways inside allow easy access. The only problem I have inside is access to the bathtub due to height. The veranda at front of cottage was used for entertaining and leisure reading etc. View of river is a bit obstructed due to trees. All in all our stay was lovely and you couldn’t ask for better owners than Joe & his wife Jane.
