Had an excellent stay at John's place, Excellent location within a complex of apartments, multiple pools available, short walking distance to the beach where there are bars and restaurants, and shops John was a super responsive host, who made us feel at home right away, from the tour around the apartment to local recommendations, also super responsive to messages Overall I would highly recommend a trip to John's place

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

100% recommended. The home is wonderful- you have everything what you need for long or short term, clean and comfortable. Evgeny is a wonderful. You really have to stay in this home- you can check in from 8 in the morning and check out until 6 at the night or when you need if your flight is late- it’s amazing. Definitely will back here. Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.

Fabulous host - thanks Nack! firstly location - central, a few min walk to food places and local shops (7/11 s too). A very clean gated complex. Very nice pool to cool down (8am-8pm). The condo is spacious, modern, warm. there is a well equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine - all you need. We worked from there (including multiple video calls etc). and the WIFI is perfect - super fast (north of 150-200mbs ). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Super nice villa! Quiet and peaceful area. Nice sauna and pool. Sikarin was a very helpful host. The housekeeper also a very jolly and friendly guy :)

The villa was very nice and just as advertised. The host Kelli was on hand via email when,we needed her and the staff around the complex were very nice & helpful. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned once per week. It was just a nice place to stay and it felt like home. My one suggestion would be as a coffee lover with a villa so modem and nice it would have been amazing if there was a coffee pod machine, it would have been perfect to be able to have a decent coffee on the balcony as soon as you wake up instead of having to venture out. You are able to make coffee etc but a decent coffee machine would be amazing! Will definitely stay again. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Me and my friends had a great time at the Villa. All of the photos were what we expected. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful location. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our requests. If I come back to Krabi I will return to the same Villa.
