This bungalow is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. This bungalow faces the desirable direction of North West and is right on the beach at the bottom of the steps on third beach. It has unparalleled views and includes a beautiful garden and barbecue and heated rim pool that looks directly onto the beach. Situated on the Western Cape’s famous Atlantic Seaboard, Clifton is noted for the shelter it is given from the prevailing South Westerly winds during April to March and protection from the North Westerly winds in the winter time. Its four dazzling white granite sand beaches are separated by granite boulders. All the beaches are Blue Flag which means that safety is maximised and the impact of tourism on the environment is controlled. State of the art security linked up to armed response company 24/7. Alarm and keypad and electric fence. Pool and garden are available to guests that make your accommodation unique and special. We have keys and a keypad for access into the bungalow. We will check you in personally. I am available by phone and email. We have two staff available onsite each day to assist with whatever is needed. Clifton Third Beach is one of the most famous locations and beach in the world. This magnificent bungalow is located a few steps away from the ocean and beach and comprises everything you need for a glorious holiday on the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pool overlooking the ocean, watch glorious sunsets and relax on the sun loungers on the deck. The bungalow is a kilometer away from restaurants, night life and shops in Camps Bay and Sea point. Car and Uber is best way to get around or walk on beautiful beach front. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps opposite to the bus stop side keeping left until you reach bungalow 26 at the bottom a few steps away from the beach. You can always call us on arrival and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Since the bungalow is self catering, a cleaning service is needed at approximately R250-R350 per day. Each bedroom is made up of 3 king beds that can be separated into 2 single beds in each room on request.

The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.

This place is amazing. The view is beautiful. The flat is very confortable and very well decorated. You will find all necessary equipment. The flat is walking from beach, shops, restaurants and harbor. It is secured and there is a parking place dedicated. Suzanne is a very nice host. She gave us all advices and good tips for our stay. She was available any time. We will come back!

We had such a wonderful time in Colins apartment and it will definetely not be our last visit! The view is incredible, the area is very idyllic and yet you can stubbornly walk to the promenade of Camps Bay. The apartment is also lovingly furnished and really leaves nothing to be desired. Colin and his wife Debbie are wonderful hosts, we could always reach them for questions. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing!

Even better than we thought it would be! Must see in person because photos can't do justice to the home. We had an amazing time staying at this beachside home! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to access the beach right from the backyard was wild! And the hotub at sunset!🤌🏾 The house itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail clearly thought out. Our host was so welcoming and even had snacks waiting for us—cheese, crackers, fresh mangos, nuts, ostrich jerky, and candy—such a nice surprise! They helped us carry our bags down the stairs (which are a bit steep but totally worth it for the view!). We felt so relaxed here, especially with the housekeeper who did our laundry and even cleaned our shoes after a hike. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be more grateful for such a thoughtful host and an unforgettable stay. Thank you for letting us visit!

The location & the views from the apartment are incredible - these are what gave it real value. Our rooms were gorgeous and being able to sit outside and braai - with these views - was magical. I do have one - I think important - recommendation: the kitchen needs some love!!! A few of the doors are barely attached at the hinges - it really isn't a good experience to be looking for crockery/groceries etc., and find yourself trying to 'delicately' put the door[s] back in place. Some of the draws too are not aligned and catch on one another. The oven[s] seem old too - it took us ages to cook 3 pizzas. For such a gorgeous apartment - it feels a little let down by the kitchen. Otherwise - wonderful & thank you.

A MUST VISIT! I visited Helen's place with my wife and daughter Dec 28th to Jan 4th,and it was such a beautiful experience. Helen is so friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed the availability and flexibility of Simone,her co-host,who made our stay so comfortable. We had a delayed check-in,and the instructions to access the place were clear and helpful. The place looks exactly as they have shown in the pictures. Its so clean and they offer great amenities. The place is secure and walking distance to the beach. We were close to restaurants (newscafe, vidacafe for morning coffee, primi piatti, catch22 and trecastelli an italian place we recommend), kwikspar and total garage. Please visit a restaurant called Ons Huisie. We were a short drive to three malls (Bayside, tableview and,tablebay). This made our stay so convenient and hustle free. We will definitely visit the place again and would recommend Helen and Simone anytime. We enjoyed our stay and we know that you will too. CHEERS!

Wonderful location! There is one main room and the other has a queen bed which is much less airy but comfy beds all around! The location is superb, walkable, and easy to base out of. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and all very secure.

The property was exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a fantastic location. Spacious enough for 6 guests without feeling cramped, and very safe. However, for the price, it would be nice if basic essentials like washing liquid, oil etc were provided. They owners very accommodating by letting us have a late check out due to our late flight, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay and recommend this property.
