What a gem. We had the most wonderful 2 night stay with our two young children. Everything was perfect, the location was easily walkable to Galle fort, but serene, private and relaxing at the house. There was plenty of room for us all and had a lovely breakfast provided each morning. The garden and pool were the icing on the cake, our kids loved swimming, playing and watching the monkeys running by. Stay here, it’s amazing.

This property is a great find. It's exactly as described and is very modern and open plan.The main bedroom has an amazing outdoor en suite bathroom. The jungle garden is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed the plunge pool. The BBQ was provided for us at no extra charge which we appreciated. Melanie was a great host for our stay and happily arranged transfers, taxis,laundry and general advice about the area. The other staff were also lovely and friendly. We were grateful for slightly later check out, to fit in with our flight. The location of the property is excellent with several excellent local homestay style restaurants nearby, and the beach about 10 minutes walk. We would highly recommend Gabriel's place and would love to return.

We had a great stay at Bryan's place. It is a short walk to the beaches and plenty of restaurants, but situated up by other residences so it is quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space and great wifi which we found rare in other areas! The house keeper and her family were wonderful and always available with anything we needed.

Hasitha's place is private and serene. The garden and the pool are maintained immaculately. It's about a twenty-minute drive to Galle Fort from here. We felt at home and relaxed in the Medusa bungalow. My friends and I enjoyed our time at this location and we are planning to return. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Galle.

Driving through the gates of Karma House, we knew we had arrived in paradise, from the stunning palm lined drive to the bungalow its self. We received a very warm welcome from Clive and Ayesh and felt at home immediately. During our stay, Clive and Ayesh were always there to advise and help in any way they could, whilst Kumara kept our bungalow spotless. He was a real treasure. At all times they totally respected our privacy as we did theirs. We also became acquainted with Clive’s dogs and cats during our stay, who were always welcome to come and see us at the bungalow. We were extremely comfortable in the bungalow and despite some ‘tropical’ days, enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the amazing wildlife that surrounded us. Clive and Ayesh - you have provided the ultimate experience of living in SriLanka for which we cannot thank you enough. Friends for life.

Wir haben als 6 köpfige Familie eine tolle Woche in Podis Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist natürlich ein Traum. Es gibt genug Schattenplätze, was toll war. Die meiste Zeit hatten wir den Strand für uns fast allein. Mit Kindern muss man aber sehr aufpassen wegen der Wellen, sie können nicht eigenständig baden, wenn sie noch nicht sicher schwimmen. Es gibt keine Wasserspender oder Moskitospiralen, was für uns ungewöhnlich war. Diese muss man sich selber besorgen. Aber in dem kleinen Supermarkt gegenüber findet man alles für den „Erstangriff“. Das süße Beach Restaurant nebenan (Tramonto) war super lecker und ist äußerst empfehlenswert! Podi war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Planung eines Ausflugs zu den Mangroven und hat uns auch eine Geburtstagstorte besorgt. Er ist reaktionsschnell und wurde vor Ort von seinem Cousin vertreten.

My friend and me were lucky to spend a whole month in this little paradise and we had a wonderful time. The pool is amazing . The garden is magical. By night it turns into a sea of lights . Everybody was very friendly and it really felt like home . We were lucky to spend there a long period though small unpleasantries just melt in the whole sweet experience. Even it’s a calm place place located a little more far away from the town you will here music and co . There was a little construction work going on wich weren’t perfect , but In total I absolutely fell in love with this place and it’s people and their little dog Lolita . Thanks So much !!!

Pudubus hübsches, ganz modernes und komfortables Haus ist wirklich ein Juwel. Es ist neu gebaut, sehr schön mit Elementen im traditionellen Stil. Inneneinrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und alles sehr praktisch. Dadurch hat es eine ganz persönliche, individuelle Atmosphäre. Keine durchschnittliche Ferienbleibe, sondern man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist durchdacht. Es gibt rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Kategorie: ideal. Gefallen hat uns außerdem die zauberhafte Umgebung. Das Haus steht inmitten eines großen landwirtschaftlichen Gartens. Es ist tatsächlich wie im Pardies und sehr ruhig. Pudubu und sein Bruder sind unglaublich nett und hilfreich, jederzeit ansprechbar und dabei diskret und unaufdringlich. Auch hier: ideale Gastgeber. Wir haben uns richtigehend angefreundet und werden sicher wieder dort wohnen, falls wir wieder nach Sri Lanka reisen. Was sicherlich der Fall sein dürfte bei solcher Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben dort auch oft gegessen. Auch das war exzellent.
