Hillside Ocean View 2BR with Private Beach Access

Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. While it is a small house, there is great space inside. The living area is open an has a nice view outside toward the ocean. The living area is comfy with nice sofas to really relax. Cable and high speed wifi are standard, of course. There is a master bedroom with a side view of the ocean, so you can see a beautiful sunrise from the queen sized bed in the morning. The other bedroom has also has a queen sized bed. Nice kitchen space with lots of cooking equipment needed to entertain or cook, including a lobster pot and a small dishwasher. There is also a windowed-in sitting room which faces the ocean and leads to the balcony where great views and barbecues can be had. You'll have permission to go to Clark Beach, a private beach for Great Neck residents and visitors. It's about a 15 minute walk to Clark or 10 minutes to public Pavilion Beach. Other Notes: For reservations 28 nights and over, the actual usage utility bills will be paid by the guest. A $500 utilities deposit will be taken for long term rentals of 2 months or more. We had a great stay, the house exceeded our expectations. The views from the second and third floors were unbelievable. The house was clean and wonderfully laid out. There was just two of us and even with the large living space, we felt right at home and couldnt have asked for a better staycation. It was our first time in Old Orchard out of season and recommend both this house and the town of Old Orchard before the crowds arrive, it was an entirely different experience with with it being out of season.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for years. This is the first year we traveled to Wells around the holidays and the first time we used Air BnB. Beautiful time of year to see the lower coastline of Maine. The Air BnB on Atlantic Ave that David hosted is perfect. The atmosphere, location, beachfront, and a spacious patio/deck is amazing. The master bedroom has a remarkable view of the ocean and allows you to hear the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach for that calm feeling. The town had their 39th annual holiday parade which did not disappoint. No question the Seafood in the area is stellar. Many small shops in the area and if you have time Portland is an hour away and they have a very eclectic scene. Kennebunkport, York, Ogunquit are all in driving distance, those towns are gorgeous as well. We love Wells Beach and everything seems to center around its location. Be advised that some of the local business may be closed due to being seasonal. Thank you David.

We had such a wonderful time . Both of our kids came with our 4 grandchildren, my Mom, sister and sister-in-law. The twelve of us had plenty of room to gather and to get the serenity we needed from time to time. The ocean is so soothing. We caught the most beautiful sunset ever over the marsh. Some of the locals told me it was the best they've ever seen in 30 years ! I'll be back! Thanks Chris. Ps. The pack-n-play was great too. 😆 🤣

We really enjoyed staying at Shelli's Dream Catcher guesthouse. Access to a beautiful beach almost directly across the street, and great views of the marsh directly out of the back windows. The place was clean and well laid out. Shelli was responsive and gave us an unexpected early check-in. Sunsets and sunrises were awesome. We stayed in late October, so I believe some of the restaurants within walking distance were closed at this point. Still, it's a great location in Wells, and only a short drive from area restaurants, shopping and other locations. We would recommend Dream Catcher at the Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Beach. The house is right across the street from the beach and has a great view from the top floor. The house is cute and comfy and Larissa was very helpful and responsive in communication. The house is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, ice cream places, etc. Just of note, the house is right next to the street and parking lot so it's a great location if you are walking to the beach but not super quiet if you want to sit outside at the house. There is also only one parking space that goes with the house so when it is busy can be difficult to park a second car. That didn't effect our stay, though, and we really enjoyed the house and location.

The apartment was well-stocked, comfortable, quiet and had amenities beyond a typical rental. The furnishings were attractive, clean and comfortable. The rental process was smooth. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances and pots and pans, but has a small working space making anything but simple cooking prep difficult. The location had the advantage of being close to a great beach and easy access to the restaurants and sites in Portland. I would definitely recommend this location.

Perfect size for our family of 4. Location to the beach was a short walk across the street. Kitchen was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were available to use but we brought ours from home. Two bathrooms are always a plus with two teenage girls, only request from them was a full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom to check out their outfits. Owner reached out during our stay to check in and see if everything was going well. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay here.
