The perfect spot for a long weekend for my beach-loving dog and I! Kerry was super friendly, the space looks like the photos, and she’s really covered all the essentials in a great space.

Great place to stay, but the hot tub had to much chlorine it was a little bit unbearable, easy fix tho. I recommend to stay

Great stay, parking was easy, everything was so clean and well thought out. The towels were the softest. Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. Also, the pool was great.

Fantastic place to stay with plenty to do within walking distance! We had a 8 month old with us and there was plenty of space to setup a pack & play or bassinet. Comfortable bed and furniture and a bonus desk!

The place was very close to the center of town and everything in the apartment was well kept!

My husband and I stayed at Kristen’s apartment for 2 weeks at the end of August and had the most amazing time! This was our 3rd time to KPT and most definitely our favorite thanks to this gorgeous Airbnb and Kristen’s hospitality. The apartment was perfect for us — was exactly as described, better than the photos with amazing windows and views, speedy WiFi perfect for working remotely. It’s a quick 4 minute drive into town, and such a beautiful area to walk around. Kristen was so responsive and helpful — there’s a super extensive list of local reccs in the apartment, and a beach pass that you can use during your stay. We loved this home away from home, and can’t wait to come back soon!

The house was wonderful. David stayed in touch throughout the stay—even though I wasn’t the best at communicating, we had no issues and no real need to reach out. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning (thanks to some flight chaos) and had no trouble getting in. Everything was set up perfectly, and we were able to head straight to bed. The space is beautiful and truly right on the water. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was such a peaceful bonus—the exact kind of experience you hope for with a beachfront property. The walls between the two units are a bit thin. We could clearly hear the family next door and assumed they could hear us too—especially since, as a group of old childhood friends, we did a lot of reminiscing and laughing. We did feel a little bad about that. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a dreamy location—and I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great space and beautiful set up! The place is exactly as it looks in the photos. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and is only a short drive to downtown Portland. A perfect rooftop deck to read on and catch some rays. The hosts were responsive and the instructions were clear. Very easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend!

Tim was a great host, very responsive and gave clear directions on how to check in, check out etc. His condo is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to walk to everything. We frequent Ogunquit and have always stayed in a hotel, we are happy we found and stayed in Tim's beautiful condo and will stay again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Portland for work, but this is the one I almost don’t want to share. It’s just about perfect for a solo traveler or a couple - feels more like a real apartment than a converted space. The Knightville neighborhood has officially become my favorite part of South Portland. Great local restaurants and coffee shops are just a short walk away, and there are beautiful parks, a grocery store, gas station, and other essentials all nearby. I felt completely at home - truly a fantastic stay!

A perfect place for someone alone or a couple! Plenty of space for either. Updated amenities, stylish, super clean and homey. I felt safe and comfortable! Location is great, close to restaurants/grocery/the bridge to Portland. I will definitely stay at again when visiting!!

This property quickly became a favorite of ours, an ideal spot for a weekend getaway. The beach was just a short walk down a charming path, and we especially loved that we could stroll into town for a little activity without it feeling like a trek. Lone Pine Brewery and Paloma made perfect stops to check out for a delicious beer, cocktail, and meal. Evenings at the pier and Old Orchard’s downtown area were vibrant and fun, which was a great walkable distance. We also took a quick 25-minute drive to Portland, which added to the experience without taking us too far from home base. Most importantly, the space itself was clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. Kevin was responsive and helpful, though honestly, the home was so well-equipped that we rarely needed to reach out. We would absolutely consider staying here again!

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Nicholas' place! From check in to check out everything was flawless. The property, the house, and our suite was immaculate and so beautiful! So many thoughtful and wonderful amenities. Nicholas and Emily are so nice and a wealth of info and gave us some great suggestions. They answered all of our questions promptly. It's centrally located with easy access to everything in Portland. Highly recommend!

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

The spot was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with an easy walk to downtown. Hot tub was great too! We appreciated the privacy in the back area and the flexibility to bring our dog as well.

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
