“The Courtyard Suite” small dog friendly. Charming unit, only 5 minute walk to town. Sleeps up to 4 people. Family friendly with own private fenced courtyard with gas bbq, wood fire pit and outdoor setting in a nice sunny spot. Has a full, well equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine. The space has nice warm air-con and electric blankets, so you won’t be cold in the winter. Unit is very clean. Dog friendly. Owner lives on site, in another unit, so is readily available if you need anything.

This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time playing with animals and watching the wild bunnies hop around. Our dog had a blast enjoying the space. We stayed in the larger space which was a converted shed and had kitchen facilities etc. my daughter was a bit shocked by the lack of modern amenities - Netflix, aircon, wifi - but that’s part of the appeal! Thank you for a lovely visit.

This cabin looks exactly like the pictures (which is rare in today’s world). Thank you for the incredible stay! We felt right at home and loved watching the kangaroos every morning and feeding the beautiful parrots. We felt like the only people around and was a great base for our activities in Stanthorpe and girraween national park. We can’t wait until our next stay in this incredible cabin! I have never stayed anywhere as wonderful as this. Anna and Tony were amazing hosts and provided us with not just fantastic recommendations but also comfort, treats and kindness. The space was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities to stay comfortable and being free to explore the property to spend as much time as we wanted with the animals made our trip truly special. We felt right at home with our Anna and Tony but with enough space and freedom to still have our privacy too. We loved being on the farm so much that we didn’t even feel the need to explore the area that much since so much enjoyment came from just being in the Tiny Home, surrounded by the beauty of the farm and kindness of our hosts. They have truly made such a gem of getaway and put so much effort into making you feel valued and comfortable. Thank you both so much! We’re excited to come back soon :)

We booked this trip last minute (less than 24 hours before check in) as a quick overnight escape. It was perfectly suited for our needs, a simple, quiet and tranquil escape in the bush. We had no trouble finding the place, but did lose reception as we approached the accommodation. Jane was very proactive and came out to greet us and show us through the place. She was warm and welcoming and very accommodating for any needs or requests we had. The unit was clean and well maintained with quality appliances and a great bathroom. There were multiple outdoor seating options around the patio, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors while avoiding melting in direct sunlight as it moved across the sky. Small but important note… the recliner chairs were incredibly comfortable. I happened to doze off in one and think I subsequently transitioned from my young adult years into my middle-aged era! What a milestone 😜 Many thanks for having us! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Cottonvale Country Lodge—it’s the perfect little bed and breakfast right in the heart of everything! The pictures don't do this stay justice. The Summit Estate is just a five-minute drive away and hosted a Harvest Festival during our stay. Plus, you’re only minutes from Sutton’s Farm & Cidery and the Stanthorpe Cheese Factory. In just 15 minutes, you can also visit the Granite Belt Christmas Farm and the Market in the Mountains, which had an adorable handmade market over the Easter weekend. Each room has its own en-suite, and everything was neat, tidy, and cozy. There was a lovely fire going in the living room, and we were surrounded by cute chicken statues/doorstops (our little one had a blast counting them!). This would make a fun challenge for future guests to see how many there are on property! Breakfast is self-serve with lots of options to choose from. If you’re looking for somewhere near the wineries with a rustic charm, this is THE place!
