Vacation rentals with a home theater in Southern Aegean

Theodore's place was nice and clean. The rooftop was a beautiful spot to watch the sun go downnand the apartment was centrally located near the port and lots of shops/transport - it was easy to get around the island from there. Theodore was responsive and made check-in and check out clear.

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Periklis mehr als zufrieden 😇 Zu der Wohnung : die Wohnung bietet alles an was man braucht und ist in einem guten Zustand. 😊 Es gibt einige Supermärkte, bar und ein Taxistand in der Nähe womit man überall hin kommen kann. Periklis, hat alles getan, damit wir uns Wohlfühlen kann. Trotz meinen begrenzten Englisch Kenntnissen hat er mir über Video Call alles erklärt, beschrieben, gezeigt und sogar navigiert. Außerdem war er non stop erreichbar und hat uns bei allem helfen können. Dankeschön für alles 😊 Ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen 🙌🏽

lle logement est sins l. le logement est situé dans le joli village de Stenies .Très belle vue sur la mer , proche de deux belles plages et deux restaurants.L'appartement est équipé de deux clim , très appréciables lors de fortes chaleurs...Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillantes et disponibles durant tout notre séjour.

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Mimoza’s place. It’s a nice flat part of the main villa, sea front and the perfect location to explore the island.

fabulous apartment plenty of space for the six of us. spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast provided which sadly we didn't have time to eat as we left at 4am for our flight to Athens. Dimitrios was a great host.

Thanks a lot for this wonderful time, specially for Alexandra our host. She is very hospitable. You exceeded our expectations. Appartment is located at the seafront. Just 30 meters away. You can hear the sea from your bedroom. Location is brand new and clean. Space enough for a family of 4. In front there is a Beach with pebbles and strong waves (for older kids). 100 meters further there Is a Sandy Beach for smaller kids. Appolonas has enough restaurants and bars to stay couple of days, one mini market and nothing more. Bread can be bought of the baker who comes to town dialy at 12pm. Snorkeling is Nice close to the Pier, rocky part. The trips (with a rental car) takes you through the Mountains to cosy villages. Thanks a lot Alexandra (and family) …

We loved our stay at Alexandra's place! We especially appreciated the breakfast (paying option) and the delicious dessert her husband prepared for us. We had a movie night on the big screen at the common terrace—the kids absolutely loved it. Alexandra is very friendly and helpful, and she really goes the extra mile to assist you. Apollonas is absolutely perfect if you want to stay away from the busy, touristy beaches. While a car is recommended and you should be prepared for some travel time through the mountains to get anywhere, it’s more than worth it. Highly recommended!

This beautiful and delightful villa is a delight right in the heart of Ponormis. the house is extensive has lovely views of the Sea of Crete. Beds were very comfortable. all amenities provided. a beautiful basket of fruit and wine we found in our fridge which was so sweet. Ponormos has excellent restaurants. No need to go to Rethymnos. food Shops and local bakery across the street. we went to the fish restaurant to the right of the main beach and was incredible if you love really fresh fish. We also went to Kastro where we had amazing goat stew. All the restaurants are good there though. Villa was filled with nature where swallow danced around the veranda at dusk. Pavlina was a delight to have as our host. very helpful and warm. Thank you Pavlina.

This apartment is really something I have never seen. Funny details everywhere, the decoration is taken care to the minimum things. I won't do spoilers so you can find out by yourself. Definitely a house you want to stay in!!! The place is 5 minutes away by walk from the city center. The owner was very reactive, super helpful and extremely friendly in the communication. You can tell he is glad of this apartment he has so much taken care of. I recommend 110% this place!!!

Maria was so helpful and the house was beautiful. In a quiet part of the old town but still close to lots of great restaurants and the sights. The outside areas were great and the living room was great to relax in after a day walking around in the sun. We would definitely stay again when next in Rhodes!

Super endroit nous avons passé un Séjour des plus agréable grace a Sifis. Il est un hôte attentionnée à l’écoute de ses visiteurs. À l’arrivée nous avons été supris c’étais mille fois mieu que nos attentes. Beaucoup commodités et l’endroit est très spacieux. Le logis est d’une propretée impeccable. Il y a aussi un petit coin secret ou nous avons pris nos dejeuner a chaque matin qui nous offrait une superbe vue sur paros !! Nous reviendrons sans hesiter !

Incredible place with the most amazing views and sunsets on the roof! Trypiti was exactly what we needed after the hustle of Athens. There’s 4 great restaurants up the hill about a 5 mins walk. No store but there’s a water purifier and Gavin and Lynda were kind to stock the fridge with a few drinks to enjoy after check in. We also really enjoyed the theater system where we relaxed on the comfy couch watching Netflix. The only thing to note is the lack of AC in the 2nd bedroom. It did not really bother me, but may be an issue for others. Gavin did say he planned to bring a portable AC unit in a week so this may have changed by the time you arrive. Highly recommend! Very memorable place!

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Very nice place to stay. Was able to walk to town center and the ferry port easily and quickly. Leonie was very responsive and offered good recommendations. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for the two of us. Thank you.

We felt very pampered by Christina. She even met us by the port to direct us to her place and introduced us to her family who live up above. She cares a great deal to be sure her guests have a positive experience and provided many extra benefits for us during our lovely stay in Patmos. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and lacking in nothing. I highly recommend this place which is only a few steps from the ferry port.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Michael was a great host, he was very thoughtful, friendly and a really responsive communicator. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely decor and everything was very clean and tidy. It is really close to the centre of everything so it’s an ideal location. We were pleasantly surprised to have little gifts of fruit, biscuits and wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch. We loved our stay at Helios's apartment. The location is great, near Kos town centre and Kos Marina, there are many restaurants and shops around. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Chrysi was very responsive and flexible, we checked in late and there was no problem.
