Cave vacation rentals in Southern Aegean

Our experience at this Airbnb was truly perfect from beginning to end. We were greeted at the airport by a driver arranged by the host, and upon arrival, someone was already waiting to help us with our bags. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location—just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and bars, with a stunning view of the sea. Daily breakfast was such a nice touch, and I was especially grateful that the host provided soy milk after I requested it—two cartons, no less! The cozy slippers made us feel right at home, and while I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub (too busy exploring!), it looked pristine and super inviting. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, with a porter to help with bags and transportation arranged for our departure as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Oia. A truly special stay!

The house is indeed very special in a very special part of syros. It is quite small and cozy but we found it wonderful. Ano syros is amazing but do consider it requires to travel by foot with lots of stairs, nice challenge, but can be tiring sometimes. For us it was worth the special environment of the place. Great venue! Would recommend 🙌 Staff were so friendly and flexible. The accommodation was beautiful and the kitchen had loads of crockery, great for hosting big groups! The staff were on hand for any additional requests, the flexible taxi service was really helpful and accommodating to our itinerary.

An absolute gem on Greek soil. The accommodation is charmingly decorated. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures in the listing. The views were spectacular. You always had a terrace to choose from that provides shade and one for sun lovers. Privacy was great and communication with the landlords was a dream. Greek hospitality is still very important here, we were really spoiled. 😊 Parking spaces were always sufficient and you can get to almost every end of the island in just 12 minutes. A real recommendation to spend your vacation here!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Stone House. The view was absolutely beautiful and was lovely to be able to sit out and watch the sun set. Lovely walks from the house, views fron the top by the Church were fantastic. The stone house had everything we needed and was cool on the hotter days. Being animal lovers we very much enjoyed seeing the animals and how well they are cared for the whole team do an amazing job! We would love to return! Thank you very much Sandy!

This was an amazing experience! She did a great job helping to get us a ride from the airport and people to carry our bags through the walking streets to get to our place and guide us there. She also helped book us a sunset boat cruise and also gave us lots of recommendations and told us where places were good for breakfast lunch and dinner and why! I highly recommend staying with Maria! She made the stay smooth and once in a lifetime!

Such an amazing stay! You honestly can’t beat the location — right in the heart of Ammoudi Bay, with the most unreal views. It was like waking up in a postcard every morning. The included breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the staff was so kind and accommodating — they even made sure there were gluten-free options for one of my friends, which we really appreciated. Everything about this place was relaxing, beautiful, and just felt extra special. If you’re thinking about booking — do it for the view alone. We didn’t want to leave!

Artemis, Vassilis & Maria were amazing hosts! We had an amazing stay at their beautiful home. Hosts were very responsive and gave us clear instructions as well as provided some great recommendations on what to see during our short stay there. They met us at a meeting point and assisted us with our luggage. The Airbnb also looked exactly like the photos. Truly caring host and felt at home! Would definitely come back here again.

We loved our stay in Megalochori. Khania and Kostas were great hosts. They helped arrange transportation for us to the house and Kostas met us to give us all the details of our stay. The house was so unique and very comfortable. We met so many lovely people in the village during our stay. It was a smaller, quieter village than main towns of Santorini but so glad we chose to stay there and miss so many groups of tourists. It was welcoming and charming.

I’ve visited Nisyros several times and this was by far the most beautiful place I’ve stayed in. Loving attention to usability and design, many thoughtful extras, daily servicing. A gorgeous and peaceful location overlooking the town. Anthousa was clear and communicative and her dad, who lives in Mandraki all year round, couldn’t have been more helpful. Note that it’s a climb of about 50 steps from the town centre.

The location here is as good or better than the best hotels on the island but the cave and terraces are unparalleled!

Our stay was short but amazing! Lena received us and was very dear to us, helpful, polite, showed the whole house with great affection. We love it! We hope to return soon and will always recommend this property.

Very nice house with perfect location. Easy access to all the locations on the island. The house is beautiful in traditional style with beautiful plants in the spacial garden. It’s really pleasant to enjoy the sunshine in the garden. There is a great pastry within walking distance where you can easily arrange breakfast and lunch. The only pity is that the kitchen is not really up to use. We had to request to get the induction and cooking basics. Although the staff brought items immediately upon request, unfortunately these cooking equipments didn’t function well and lack of a few things like chopping board, kitchen knives, oil etc. Overall, a great place for holiday, if you do not have cooking demands.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms look nice online but are even better in person and each room has a beautiful view. It's small enough that the staff knows guests by name and is able to provide suggestions when needed. During check-in, the staff was kind enough to help arrange multiple dinner reservations and set up a car rental, which all worked out wonderfully. Additionally, we stayed in two separate rooms that they had due to a late booking by me and the staff was kind enough to move bags from one room to the next for us while we were out on an excursion during the day on the day that we switched rooms. While Oia or Thira may seem like the top locations to stay in Santorini, from our experience we would stay in no other location than Imerovigli. It's close enough to access the larger cities easily while still being far enough off of the beaten path to feel a little less hectic all while having great dining options nearby. Also, the breakfast served in the cafe/bar attached to the hotel made for a great way to start each day as the food was delicious and the view was breathtaking. All in all, the hotel was in a beautiful location, the rooms vastly exceeded our expectations, and the whole experience was topped off by a kind and welcoming staff who went over the top to make our stay pleasantly memorable. I would recommend staying with Christos and Marios to anyone who is traveling to Santorini.

The Villa and Anna and Teo and Harry really were amazing in every way. Anna reached out immediately upon booking offering tips and recommendations. She arranged a driver to pick us up at the ferry who got us to the Villa immediately. Harry met us and quickly made us feel very welcome outlining the home and the area for us. The Villa really is beautiful and truly off the tourist beaten path If you want to stay in the midst of Santorini where the island braces for and exhales with every cruise ship, this is not the place for you. If you want to stay away from the crowds in peace and a little adventure getting to the Villa (super narrow streets to navigate 😊!) this is exactly the place for you. The care in which they have refurbished an old wine cellar to the Villas and the love they seem to pour into every guest made this without question the very best Air BNB that we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you Anna & Teo for a very memorable visit to Santorini for our family!
