Steps from shopping & dining on Division, we are the perfect home base for all your PDX adventures. We offer a cozy bedroom with comfy queen bed, washer/dryer, full gourmet kitchen, patio and Euro-style bathroom with rainfall shower head and clawfoot soaking tub. In the common area, you'll find an easily convertible queen sofa bed and a desk space with an iPad. TVs in both the bedroom and common area are equipped with Roku for streaming Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax and more. We can't wait to host you! Our garden apartment was lovingly crafted and furnished with guests in mind. We enjoy providing a welcoming space for travelers from all over the world and look forward to hosting you, too! You'll access the apartment via your private entrance equipped with a keyless lock for easy ins and outs. You'll notice your very own patio space just outside the entrance and once inside, you'll find the gourmet kitchen with all new appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer, gas range & oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, Keurig and a dishwasher to make cleanup easy. We've also stocked the kitchen with all the cooking tools you'll need to make your own meals if you can resist the fantastic dining nearby on Division. The ductless HVAC unit and radiant heated floors ensure you'll be comfortable year round. Relax on the sofa that converts to a comfy queen bed and stream all your favorite apps on the Roku equipped TV. Use the iPad provided on the work space to check out things to do in town or play music from the speaker dock. Prefer to watch TV in bed? There's another TV with a Roku in the bedroom. The queen sized bed is dressed with fresh linens for every guest and the blackout shades allow you to sleep in comfortably. The wet room style bathroom has a delightful rainfall shower head and clawfoot soaking tub - great for relaxing after a long day of exploring or hiking. We provide plush bath linens, all the essential bath toiletries and more - everything you need for your perfect Portland stay! No need to worry about keys - we've equipped the private entry with an electronic lock to make coming and going a breeze. You'll have access to the entire ground floor apartment which has a full kitchen, living room and work space, queen bedroom and spacious bathroom. The patio just outside your door is all yours, too! Guests can enjoy marijuana or tobacco in our private outside patio. We live upstairs but we're pretty busy working and when we can -- enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest, so we're working with a local management team to make sure you have a remarkable stay! Contact us via Airbnb for on-the-ground recommendations or help with anything you might need during your stay! Our neighborhood is incredibly walkable and right in the heart of SE PDX. Located just north of Division on a quiet, residential street, our house is perfectly positioned for your Portland explorations. With so many options for dining, coffee and shopping nearby, you may never want to leave the neighborhood; but if you do, getting around is super easy via the nearby transit stops. We're located on a corner lot and parking is unrestricted and easy to find on the surrounding streets, if not directly in front of your Airbnb. The #4 bus is just two block away and you'll be at Powell's downtown in about 25 minutes - or 10 minutes by Uber / Lyft / taxi. Check out Tri-Met's website or get their free, easy to use smartphone app to make trip planning and ticket purchasing a breeze. Biketown, our city-wide bike-sharing program, has a rental kiosk just blocks away and is a great option for exploring by bike or even one of the e-scooters you can rent by the minute. We'd love to host your kiddo too, just let us know if you'll need the gear we offer (pack-n-play, etc) during the reservation process prior to your arrival. Thanks! We strive to maintain a safe and peaceful space free of allergens for frequent guests with fragile health and auto-immune complications. Requests to accommodate pets are politely declined and we ask for guests who travel with service animals to please be understanding and seek more animal friendly accommodations.
