The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. The location is quiet yet right in the middle of two of the most desired locations, the Hawthorn and the Division street. There are cafes, coffee shops, cider houses, bars, shops, restaurants, grocery stores all within walking distance or bus. There are 3 bus routes close by and street parking is never an issue. The Kitchenette is very well stocked with most things you'd need.
