Step through double French doors into a modern guesthouse. Inspired by contemporary design and filled with light. The home features an open-to-above foyer, a mezzanine bedroom, exposed beams, wood finishes, polished concrete heated floors, and access to a shared backyard. Location, location, location. This is a tastefully constructed guesthouse in the heart of the Kearns/Buckman neighborhood in NE Portland. There is a fully equipped designer kitchen with all the amenities you may need: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Bertazzoni gas range, Bosch refrigerator & dishwasher. The large living/dining room is spacious & bright. It has a radiant heated concrete floor and custom made furniture. There is a 47 inch Ultra HD smart TV with Comcast Cable and an American Leather queen size sofa sleeper with gel mattress for your use. The bedroom/loft has vaulted ceilings, a queen size, hand crafted, locally made Parklane bed with Italian bedding and a 40 inch smart TV. The bathroom has a heated tile floor, a beautiful glass encased tile shower, luxury towels, Turkish bathrobes and local Dani bath products. The guesthouse is approximately 600 square feet, has two Mitsubishi heat/AC units along with heated floors. Heat and air conditioning are not a problem here! There is a large capacity washer and dryer. The backyard and barbeque is shared with us, the owners. This is a private rental, and we respect our guests right to privacy. Should you need anything during your stay we are a text or email away. We live in the house adjacent to the guesthouse so you’ll probably see us. The guesthouse is NO SMOKING and NO PETS. There is only on street parking. We reserve the right to the driveway. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help you. Guests will access through the iron gate to the end of the driveway. Guests will have full access to the guesthouse and backyard. Guests will get two keys, one for the gate and one for the guesthouse. The entire guesthouse and backyard. The property is located in NE Portland, boasting close access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, public transit, and much more. The bus stop is just two blocks away from the guesthouse.
