The private home is in the Wellington sub-division in Southchase, Orlando, close to the intersection of SR417 (Greeneway)/Orange Blossom Trail and the Florida Turnpike. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. We have a Super Target and a Costco within 2 mile radius. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand.

The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.

Is a small space completely private attached to the side of the house with a separated entrance from the main area. Clean, quite and safe. The studio has a bedroom, a bathroom and there is also an area with microwave, mini fridge, toaster and coffee maker. Wi-fi is available. A full cottage for 4! The perfect place. Located just 20 minutes from Disney and Universal. Shopping and Restaurants are less than 5 minutes from the cottages. All new furnishings, fresh linens, fresh paint! Privately owned. This cottage is our favorite!!! We also just updated the A/C. Check our unit. We also have three other cottages on property, the Bitty Bungalow, Bitty Bliss, and the Bitty Blossom. All cottages are within 70 yards of each other.
