The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. Built in July 2020 & 5m square it's a compact studio with a double bed & a mezzanine which sleeps a young adult as it's accessed by a steep ladder. Not suitable for children under 12yrs . En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.
