The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment has been upgraded with new carpets, furniture, heaters and lighting. There is also access to internet & Netflix at no charge. Have a swim in the Pool, work out in the Gym or try the local night spots. This apartment is on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the bay and city. Just park your car in the provided space and walk to everything Melbourne has to offer. Close to all that Melbourne has to offer. Within walking distance of – City Center 5 min, Sporting venues 15 min, Casino 6 min, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 12 min Royal Botanic Gardens 5 min, Art gallery 2 min, Main Train station 6 min, Eureka Skydeck 3 min, Trams 3 min, Yarra River 3 min. The condo is in the heart of the popular Arts Precinct and is close to theatres, live shows, and concerts. It's a short walk to the Southbank Promenade, with a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops to discover. Depending on how many people are traveling the cheapest way to get to the apartment from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is via the Skybus, this will drop you in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. Melbourne's number 1 Tourist information center is at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street station, however we have a broad selection of tourist brochures available for you in the apartment. The Concierge is on duty everyday from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. There is Secure access at all times. 24 Hr security service is also on call. Highly recommend this stay. Close to all I needed. It was very nice to have fully equipped kitchen, I like to cook and Jennifer had most items and equipment I had in my own kitchen. Even had a small selection of herbs at the door, and a nice supply of coffee and teas. Not seen in other places I have stayed. Very comfortable and cosy with quality heating. Comfortable bedding. Not least of which, the terrace was in an excellent location, easy to access public transport, visitor parking permit available and provisions galore supplied! We had a thoroughly delightful stay at this wonderful urban oasis! Well-situated so we could get right out into the thick of all that Fitzroy has to offer, but also tucked away for quiet and privacy--it was perfect. The space itself was functional, vibrant, comfortable, and fun to hang out in. Sickness prevented me from going out one day, and it was as lovely to hang out inside as it might have been fun to go out! Sarah was an extremely kind and flexible host, granting us early check-in when requested. She was quick to respond to our messages and questions, and fun to bump into as we were coming and going. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved it and hope we can come back someday!

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Gatehouse. The accommodation is beautiful and we were so grateful for the exceptional breakfast provisions, the fire and also the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Gill was extremely responsive and superb in her communication with us. We walked into Olinda to the exceptional Citrine Bistro, and up to the Botanic Gardens, which is an easy five minute walk. We look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

Almost our second home these days with the best of everything: high quality, excellent comfortable bed and the best shower, great value $, lots of space, friendly hosts, beach, cafes & restaurants nearby.

A comfortable sofa with decorative pillows is positioned beneath an elegant bay window. Sheer curtains frame the window, allowing natural light to illuminate the room. Lush greenery from the garden is visible outside, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

Great location, lovely ambience and very comfortable is how we would describe the place and our stay. Justin is a lovely person to talk to. And a great host.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.
