It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. The nearby beaches are very good and the neighborhood is very quiet and quiet. The space at the back of the house, which includes a swimming pool and barbecue, is grandly pleasant and familiar. Exalda's accommodation is exactly the same as in the photos, the location is great! One block from the metro and two blocks of the blue peacock. Exalda is a very attentive hostess, it is always available to help. It's the second time I stay with her in Rio and I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rio!

Great modern and clean apartment with good AC in a very convenient location in Copa, 24 hour security with private entry off the street, friendly and accommodating host, would definitely stay again.

I liked the accommodation very much, the street is without exit and there is no concierge, initially I felt a little insecure about it, but the street is very quiet and it ended up passing us security. The ap was clean and cozy, ideal for a couple and the location is good with everything close by. Dona Laila was a cute one, she served us very well and gave us tips on what to do.

I loved apt. I felt super at home, quiet place,in the heart of the city,the surroundings with plenty of commerce and things to do,outside the tranquility and quiet of the place. For sure with availability,I will stay more often at Daniel's place.

The apartment is as seen in the photos. We were able to access easily. The area is very nice and very close to Ipanema beach. There are also several restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped.

First time I went to Rio and the experience couldn't have been better! Silvia is extremely nice, she helped us with flexibility at check-in and we always stayed in touch. The apartment is very conveniently located: two blocks from the beach and has everything nearby (Super Market and restaurants). It's very nice and cozy, and has everything you need. Olivia is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was spotless and perfectly located on a quiet street overlooking a small park. Half a block to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Very easy to check in and doormen 24/7 were super helpful. The building’s parking garage was very convenient for our rental car. We spent a great family vacation in Leblon and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is luxury, it has everything you need and more, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is very good, the location is excellent, super recommended, I would come back 100 times!! very grateful.

Very nice stay! The site is very well located, just one block from the beach and a few minutes away from the subway, which made our trip even more comfortable. The house is spacious and very comfortable, we feel very comfortable, and it has a 24-hour doorman, which has given us more security! Communication with the host has always been fast and functional.

I felt right at home at this airbnb. The location was perfect and met all our needs.
