Vacation rentals with a home theater in South Zone

Everything perfect!!! Super friendly, polite, receptive host, all the time was trying to find out if we were well accommodated and needed something. It gave great references to the place and indicated good places. I recommend this apartment, in addition to impeccable cleaning, high quality bed and bath linen, kitchen has all the utensils necessary to have a great daily rate. I will definitely refer this apartment to other friends and hopefully return soon. Gratitude for all attention and receptivity. Great location, very close to the main beach, mini-market, restaurant and pharmacy, on the same block, shopping center two blocks after the traffic tunnel. Check-in and check-out of the apartment without problems and at any time. William is very friendly and ready to solve any situation.

The complex is period but well maintained. Correct security. Easy to check in and out. The apartment is very clean. Air conditioning is very good.

The space is exactly like the images, high quality bed and bath linens. The condominium is excellent, complete, family, staff of the building are very polite and receptive, including visitors. On the ground floor for insurance, impeccable cleaning, monitored swimming pool, gym, toy library, living area good for children. On the ground floor has several shops and services, such as pharmacy, grocery, pet, bakery, pizzeria and the surroundings are very quiet, many children, pet, families walk in the late afternoon. I was delighted with the condominium, apartment and with the Host, even extended my stay.

Our dream has always been to visit Rio de Janeiro and have an unforgettable experience, thanks to Lucas we were able to make this trip as we dreamed. The space was comfortable and well equipped and Lucas is a very kind person and willing to help at all times.

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

The house is very cute. I found a functional toilet and sink in the outdoor area, and hot water in the taps. Nearby is Pedra Branca Park/waterfall; and shops, restaurants. The outdoor space is very pleasant. Special!! We just didn't take advantage of it due to bad weather.

Eduardo welcomed us very well and gave us all the instructions we needed, Tamara was wonderful, leaving everything prepared for us. The place is cozy, with a very nice kitchen area as well. Quiet area and it fit my whole family. I really recommend it. I hope to return on another occasion!

Great house, extremely clean , without that common mildew smell in Airbnb homes, unique location, a few meters from the bar beach and at the same time in a great silence , high-end condominium in the noble zone of the Tijuca, would definitely return.

I used the lodging during the carnival period with my family. Sandra is a wonderful host. Very organized, respectful, helpful, flexible with schedules and always making yourself willing to help with whatever is needed. Even at the condominium carnival party he was ready to take us as guests. Sandra gave us the impeccable apartment. Limpinho, smelly, with bed and bath linens in excellent condition . To put extra pieces at your disposal if we needed it. There are two bedrooms, one en-suite and one full social bathroom. The two with air conditioning and TV functioning perfectly, including in the living room. Hot and cold water in the showers, excellent shower. The kitchen utensils served us perfectly. The condo is amazing with pool, heated pool, game courts, sauna, bowling, bakery, restaurant, mini-market, movie room. (For some there are rules for use and schedules). Anyway, they were perfect on-site days.

Our stay was excellent, very spacious and cozy apartment. The condominium is beautiful, close to a mini mall, park, bakery, restaurant, market, etc. Very safe with very responsive staff. The hosts were very attentive. Kellen is very nice, gave us all the support from booking to the end of the stay, including tour tips. We loved it, we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

We had a brilliant stay at the flat. It was as described and had everything we needed. The location is ideal if you would like to be close to the beach and it's not too far from restaurants and shops.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, very clean and its location in front of the pool is spectacular. Isodora is an excellent host, she always responded to inquiries and also recommended restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended for going with children.
