Very attentive host. Excellent, clean, has everything you need. There is a bus stop, but you have to switch buses to get to the subway, so if you have a car or a taxi, it's convenient. There is a playground and a swimming pool in the territory of the houses. The windows overlook the courtyard and is very quiet at night.

Host always available and responsive. Location very well located, 1 minute from the beach. Building with a porter, great for security. Although there was no air conditioning, I had no heat problems in the dates I stayed, the maximum temperature was 30 degrees. I recommend and will host in the same location again. Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

Olivia is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was spotless and perfectly located on a quiet street overlooking a small park. Half a block to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Very easy to check in and doormen 24/7 were super helpful. The building’s parking garage was very convenient for our rental car. We spent a great family vacation in Leblon and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is excellent! Very well located, in front of the sea. Fully equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was a great host, always responded quickly, very friendly and willing to help. The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!
