Family-friendly vacation rentals in South Williamsport

The pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful house, property and furnishings. This is an ideal location for anyone who loves nature and wants to get away from it all. The house is huge, full kitchen plenty of amenities, numerous rooms, very comfortable and spotless. The cherry on top was the host! David is extremely gracious and very accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to enjoy this property more!

This place is a paradise. Adelene is by far the best host we have come across. We felt right at home. The place is located on a very serene and peaceful lake. The owner has decorated this place extremely wonderfully well. We had an amazing time. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway. A+++++

This was our second stay at William’s place. We love it here! Great little cabin that has everything we need. The location is so peaceful and perfect for relaxation and star gazing.

The host was very responsive and the home suited our needs. The back yard area was perfect for our dogs and the home had plenty of room for our family.

My family loved staying at bill and Linda's place! We were in the area for a wedding and we were not disappointed. Bill gave very thorough instructions, and was always responsive and kind. The view of the backyard was a dream! My father stayed out fishing every second he could, and our dog loved the space to run around. Bill provided a binder full of things to do, including helpful tips to get around the house. It was fully worth the money we paid, and we enjoyed the privacy it allowed us. Overall, I would absolutely recommended this to friends and family, and we've already talked about returning at a later date!

We had a great stay. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Amenities matched the listing. It was a relatively easy 25-30 minute drive to State College. We enjoyed ourselves and would like to come back again in the fall!

We were in the area for a Search and Rescue K9 training and needed some place that would accept dogs. We found this listing and we knew this was the place for us. With 130 acres our pups were able to take some great walks and play together after a day of learning. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your family home. Our stay was perfect. The house felt SO clean when we arrived. The views were breathtaking. I sat in the gazebo almost every morning with coffee to watch the sunrise. The photos on the website don't do the house justice. The living/dining/kitchen areas are all open and the layout flows very well. It's incredibly cozy but the high ceilings give it an extra special feel. The landscaping around the house gives you tons of privacy even with the windows and shades open. Highly recommend!!!

Such a cool place to spend the night! So unique!!

My husband and I got married here and decided to stay in the same exact cabin as our wedding night on our 5 year anniversary. We adore Lisa and Doug, they are so friendly and the space is so relaxing and beautiful. All of my friends were jealous that we went back!!

I've stayed at 5+ Airbnb's in multiple locations and all have been good to very good. I TRULY mean it when I say that Donna and Wayne are the best renters I have stayed with and go WAY above and beyond. One is greeted with baked goods on the counter and in the refrigerator. There are notes and amenities throughout the dwelling to ease your stay. I have stayed in both of their rentals multiple times and I still find things I probably missed during previous stays, new additions and many improvements. At this point, we go just to stay there as much as Dickens. I can't recommend this place more.

The cabin offered by Brady and John was small but beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. The days were peaceful, and the nature was breathtaking. I would definitely stay again with my family. Thank you for everything and providing a space for us to enjoy!

A+! Check in directions were clear and easy to follow. We were met with Gayls two dogs upon arrival (which was exciting for us.) :) The Airbnb itself was clean and stocked with everything you might need (outside of food you might want to cook for yourself while you’re there.) The bath tub was beautiful and the animals were amazing. Gayl truly loves her animals and her farm and this is clear to see in the way she speaks so knowledgeably and affectionately. This was our second stay and we hope to stay longer in the future. This setting is as peaceful as it gets in our experience and we love the ridgetop views. It was magical this time when it started snowing in the morning. Love the old farmhouse and its amenities and the grounds. Still haven't tried the tub in the master bedroom; maybe next time. We want to bring the whole family.

Absolutely spotless everywhere. Probably the cleanest Airbnb we have encountered thus far. Very quaint and cozy just like Kathy describes it. The snacks were a very nice touch. The kitchen is fully stocked. Highly recommend it, hands down! Thank you Kathy and Jared!
