The house was perfectly suited to our needs . The kitchen is supplied with anything one needs to make home-cooked meals. The living spaces are super comfortable ... not "too precious". Cate is a superb host... her attentiveness, good communication skills, and flexibility are stellar!

If you’re looking for a sublime, relaxing getaway, go to Erica’s cottage. Inside, it’s pretty, livable, with everything you need. Great sunlight. Wake up to a view of the woods. Beaches for long walks nearby, the local market across the street is amazing. Birds are up to their early spring singing. We were there off season and it was a perfect spot. Plus, Erica is fantastic. Just can’t do better than Thrasher cottage.

Gorgeous and unique home so seamlessly connected to the surrounding nature from every room with huge windows and skylights that flood the place with natural light. Tastefully furnished with everything you’d need and note more. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay from the first drive up the beautiful driveway to the last moment of checkout. We only wish we could have used the fireplace for ultimate coziness while we worked on our 1000 piece puzzle! Highly recommend this home in any season (with the outdoor shower I’m sure summer is just as exceptional as winter).

thomas's place is truly amazing. very quiet and well kept garden/outdoor area. the studio itself was simple, with a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom with plenty of towels and the kitchen also had everything i needed to cook with. i loved my entire stay there and would recommend it to anyone anytime and hopefully i will be able to return. thank you thomas.
