Louies is a great host, very cordial and very responsive. The house is very easy to find. The house is situated at a nice lakefront location and spotlessly clean. When we arrived, the house was already cool which made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place .

How was clean, neat, and comfortable. I imagine if the weather was better we would have enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It was also very convenient to downtown.

Our three-night stay exceeded all of our expectations. For nature lovers such as ourselves, the tranquil, beautiful setting was ideal. We saw various birds right from the cottage, and numerous others in the nearby reserve. The sunsets and morning light inspired us to paint, draw and photograph, to capture a record of this beautiful place. William is a splendid host. He provided us with historical information about the area and his family’s role in settling and living in it. He is a generous and compassionate man, and inspirational in his devotion to the land and its history. A million thanks, William!

We loved David's home and felt at home during our stay. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We felt the hosts were responsive, accessible, and helpful. The home is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again!

We are very pleased with our overall experience and look forward to future bookings. The house is large and will sleep eight. We hope more of our children's families will travel with us next time. Our family near this property has a small home, so this home is large enough for us to gather inside and spend time together.

We had an extraordinary stay, the house is huge, very well equipped, very clean and what can I say about the location and the view!! There are chickens and rabbits as a bonus on site. Communication is easy with Josée, she is very attentive! Go there, you won't be disappointed!!

Beathtaking locale with a beautiful view of the St Lawrence River, which we kept referring to a "Lake" due to the beautiful Lake-themed decor. Plenty of room for 10 people, plenty of kitchen towels and utensils, plenty of spots to relax and enjoy the scenery. During the non-rainy sunshine times, we enjoyed the kayak and provide yard games. Easy access the highway makes it simple to visit the surrounding cities and then come back to some peace and quiet. Would definitely come back.

Our overnight stay was perfect-pictures do not do it justice! Marlene’s retreat is the perfect place to unwind-especially the dining area overlooking the river-magical! From the well equipped kitchen (and welcoming bottle of bubbly), to the wonderfully comfortable beds, I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay-a dip in the steamy hot tub, really topped off our busy day. So thank you Marlene, you are the perfect hostess, from the moment we arrived, until we left, appreciated all of your attention to detail, made the whole experience seamless, and so memorable-THANK YOU.

I wish I could give Deb and Doug 1000 stars! The apartment was amazing, truly a home away from home! The kitchen was STOCKED with everything you would need from a waffle maker, pans, to coffee/tea, to eggs! Deb even made us homemade gingerbread cookies which were DELICIOUS. Two out of the four days that we stayed, we actually made breakfast and ate in the dining room! And saw hummingbirds out of the window!! The living room was super cozy and we made great use of the electric fireplace (The weather was still in the 50s when we went). It also had a very comfy sofa bed which I slept on while my parents took the bedroom. They said their bed was super comfy too! There was even a noise machine in the bedroom along with some fans (they really thought of everything!). The apartment was also incredibly quiet and private. And we honestly didn't even pay much mind to the low ceilings. We're all around 5'7" and we had absolutely no issues! We cant wait to visit again, we will definitely be back!

This was the perfect snowy getaway we were looking for! The space was even larger then expected, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The views right on the lake were idyllic and we would definitely return here in the summer to take advantage of the water more! The hosts were welcoming and responsive while the space still felt private. Overall this was a peaceful weekend and we would recommend this spot for others to enjoy as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Beth’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It felt like a true home away from home. Beth was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and conveniently located. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was such a lovely place to stay in. It was comfortable, clean, had great amenities, parking was convenient. Mohammad was also such a great host! We checked in late, and Mohammad still welcomed us, and gave us a tour. He was very responsive through the Airbnb app too. I strongly recommend staying in this place, and if I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying here again— this is a spotless, well-maintained apartment close to all the winter sports and hiking available in and around Lake Placid—a quick trip to Whiteface as well. Communication with Carlo is always easy and fast. It’s a perfect place for a couple looking for a winter getaway!

This was the perfect place for us for a weekend get away. The apartment was VERY clean, and we seriously felt right at home. there was snacks, drinks, and even made us a yummy loaf of banana bread. Dee goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have everything they could possibly need! I would 10/10 stay here again if we’re ever out this way again!! Thank you Dee!

Cabin was cute and just what we needed for our 3 night stay. The bed was very comfy, the bath towels were good quality and the shower was nicer than I was expecting for an older cabin. It was a bit cooler on our trip (rainy and low 60’s), so at night we just kept the window in the bedroom open (make sure to put the wood piece in to hold it up), but any warmer and we would have needed a fan. I can’t remember if the listing mentions AC or not, but I’m sure Calli has a solution for the warmer days. Calli was very responsive too, we appreciated that. Saranac Lake is so quaint, my husband and I loved just walking in and out of the shops. Blue Moon cafe had great breakfast and we bought a couple books from the Book Nook :) Also if you’re looking for a short (2hrs in total) moderately challenging hike with great views, try the Baker trail that is only 4 minutes away by car. Also there is a bike rental in town if you are interested in going car free for your trip!

Such a wonderful cabin with everything you need for a second home feel. Tim and Kim have beautifully appointed the cabin and location and property is perfect…can’t wait to return

My second time visiting Boldairpur, and just as wonderful as the first. The tiny homes are always spotlessly clean and are equipped with anything you’d need. Everyone is so welcoming, including Leeloo and the cats. The location is perfect and having access to a clean bathroom generously equipped with towels is a bonus. The highlight of our stay was being accompanied on an hour walk by the orange and tortoise shell kittens who are the best of friends and straight out of a story book. Thank you to all the residents and Josée for the friendly greeting. We’ll be back soon!

We loved our stay. Host was friendly and told us about the property when we arrived. Lake placid was around the corner with plenty of restaurants, shops and hikes. Their land is beautiful with a pond and our dog loved to roam. The cabin was lovely. The owner crafted it himself and well. We can tell it he worked hard on it and it was built extremely well done for the space. We would come back again in the future. Thank you for allow us to experience your space :)

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

I was coming into the Adirondacks to do some backpacking. We were going to be arriving late and starting the trip early in morning, so we just needed a place to crash for the night and sort some gear in the morning while we had breakfast. This was a perfect spot and exactly what we needed, though it would have been tempting to relax there for a few days.

This was our second stay at Marina's cabin as a family of 3. We feel so at home here and the location is wonderful and quiet. We enjoyed cooking meals and watching movies during the evenings when we came back from fishing and hiking. We will continue to visit Marina's cabin in the future.

I felt very safe knowing it was a gated RV park community. I loved the cabin as it was neat & clean. The owners and cleaning lady were friendly and pleasant to talk to. I hope to come back soon.
