Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in South Sikkim

Beautiful location and peaceful stay! Highlight of the trip was their lip smacking home cooked meals.

For mẹ, this was good value as a solo guest on a last-minute booking. A clean, comfortable room part of a larger apartment, residency building. Location along a high up street near the center of Gangtok. I did not take the breakfast as I was out early.

Airbnb with a bookstore and a cafe with a warm host!! what else do you need? I half expected God to appear behind the doors saying you've reached heaven. Room was squeaky clean with a cozy balcony and a funny wifi password. There even was a mini library just outside the room. What stood out the most, was the bookstore and its very unique collection which spanned over flora and fauna found in Sikkim, the history and culture of the state and even a cute section for blind dates with books. Do enquire about any events they are hosting because there were quite a few posters outside which looked awesome. The cafe was extremely cute with an ambience that we absolutely loved! The food and coffee were great. Try the sandwich and muffins. It is also very close to MG Marg, if you want to explore! Loved our experience here and would definitely recommend staying here! Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

It was a lovely staycation. Learnt so much about the culture and food. Amrit was kind to teach us how to make momos from scratch. The entire property is beautiful with a huge kitchen garden, with literally everything in it. From nectarines to avocados to bluberries. Loved the Sikkim thali he offered for dinner the day we landed, we wiped the whole plate within minutes. A must, if you ever visit Gangtok.

Host ho tho Jigmey Sir jaisa!!! Had a perfect stay in Gangtok with very helpful assistances from Jigmey Sir right from guidance to the place to daily stay needs. The stay was neatly maintained and it is a very convenient location near to MG road.

This is my second visit to this homestay and my experience is even more lovely than my first trip. This time I had the grand view of snowclad mountains in the morning and splendid view of star studded sky in the night. As usual, Choden's father took great care of me and Choden's mother cooked delicious meals including the beef momo. Also, it was a pleasure to meet Choden's elder brother. Thanks and best of luck to Choden and her family.

The property is beautiful and rooms are well planned and clean . we stayed in attic and had the best view of kalimpong. overall a beautiful property and nice people
