Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

We spent a month at Mary's cottage. Absolutely idyllic place in a huge garden setting, with a secure meadow, perfect for our puppy. Peaceful and quiet, loads of birdsong. Really relaxing. The cottage was a perfect size for my wife and I plus dog. it contained everything we needed, and was in pristine condition. Mary and Olly were the perfect hosts. Exceptionally charming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic 2 nights. Peaceful and secluded and beautiful surroundings. Hot tub is excellent, spent lovely evening looking at the stars around the firepit. Felt like we were the only people there. We only stayed briefly overnight after a wedding so didn't get to use the accommodation for very long, but we were really impressed with it! It's so much bigger than it looks in the photos, it's huge! Everything was spotless and very clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable, we wish we could have stayed longer! Ali was a great host, communication was excellent and as there was no one in before and after us, Ali very kindly allowed us to check in early and have a lie in without having to rush the following morning which we were really appreciated! We would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again! Thank you 😊

Our stay here was amazing, the barn was cosy and really well equipped for everything you need. The location is great for a really quiet getaway with some fantastic nearby walks and nature, but equally there's some lovely places a short drive away. Olivia was a great host and very welcoming, really helpful and there if we needed anything. Definitely a place we would come back to stay in again :)
