We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

Absolutely gorgeous location, the cottage is really beautiful & is very clean and full of everything you need, like home from home. Georgie is a great host and had given us all the information we needed about the cottage and places to go and see. Georgie was always great with communicating if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend to stay here. We definitely would come again.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

Kalada’s place was very immaculate and cozy. I felt like I was home.

The perfect base for a Christmas getaway and meeting up with extended family in Lane End. A great find! Bee Cottage is charming, spacious but cosy and beautifully presented. Rosie was a first class host....friendly, welcoming and very thoughtful. We really appreciated the food pack....and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained space that exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected health issue. To our surprise and great appreciation, Angelia initiated a refund without us even asking. Tracy was an excellent host who was quick to respond, friendly and approachable, offering local recommendations. She was very accommodating and her space was cozy and well located.

Had a fabulous stay! We were there for my husbands 40th and I asked ahead of time if I could send through some banners to use. They were lovingly arranged on arrival with the addition of fairy lights, a birthday card and Prosecco, such a lovely touch! Walking distance to the town centre, beautiful lake to walk round and one of those trips you had wished you’d have booked longer for. Cosy and homely living space which was nice and warm on arrival after a long car journey arriving late at night - it was such a welcoming space. You won’t regret staying here :)

Lovely flat, excellent location for local shops and restaurants and bus stop a minute walk down the road to get into central Oxford. Appreciated milk in the fridge on arrival! All you’d need to cook a meal is provided. Parking was very convenient. Would stay again and recommend. Thank you Judith!

I stayed at Kate’s air bnb as a retreat with my best friend who also loved the space. Kate was a wonderful host and so polite and friendly and great at communicating Her place is so beautiful and what I liked the best was how peaceful it was as well as the decor of the space and big windows bringing in light and having a view of the garden. The bed was really comfortable and the peacefulness meant I had a great nights sleep. It is such a wonderful place to retreat to and close to nature and lovely peaceful walks, good pubs and food options. I loved the extra touches such as extra fluffy towels, chocolates, coffee machine and milk frother Thank you Kate ! I will be back

This was a great place to stay and Arthur provided a lot of helpful information about the local area. The only downside was the modern trend for people to light the exterior of their properties overnight. It was a secluded location where I expected to be able to enjoy darkness at night. Probably wouldn't bother most people, because Arthur's aware of the problem and has fitted blinds to supplement the curtains; but I prefer to sleep with the curtains partly open to wake to daylight. I'm on my soapbox a bit too because light-pollution across the country/world impacts wildlife (as well as astronomers - and people trying to sleep... .) Arthur kindly turned his own external lights off when I mentioned it, but there wasn't much he could do about the ones across the road.

A superb apartment in the centre of Oxford, which meant we could walk everywhere. Very comfortable, clean, convenient and cosy apartment. Would rent again!

Had a lovely stay. Great communication from Dinah and lovely and clean. There are some low slanted ceilings so watch your head! Brilliant location in a peaceful village, lovely 45 min walk along the Thames into Windsor. Would stay again.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

Stayed in Marlow for 2 nights. What a beautiful little town, but the icing on the cake was Max’s apartment. From the moment we walked in, it smelt fresh and clean, everywhere was spotless. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely lounge area and separate table for eating (not a fan of eating off my lap) Bed was firm and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Lovely little area outside and I enjoyed the last of the sun one evening. All communication was fast, especially when I made a mistake with the booking dates. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again and would 100% recommend.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Exactly as described. We stayed as a group so it felt reasonably priced. We didn't need to make contact but Andrew appeared quite present through his messages upon arrival and departure. No complaints.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Joanne’s place and we love it here! It’s private and feels super safe and peaceful. It’s equipped with everything we need and is perfect for a cosy getaway. We visited Mercedes World which is a short drive away, and it’s is close to lots of shops and amenities. Joanne is so helpful, friendly and accommodating, and I’m sure we’ll be back again! Thank you for such a great stay! :)

Elaine's apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Elaine left plenty of towels for our use. The shower was roomy and nice and powerful. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect for being able to get to and from the high street on foot. The secure car park was easy to access. There are lots of places of interest within short driving distances. We were able to use the balcony which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend Elaine's apartment and hope to stay there again.
