We offer accommodation in the entire cottage with two apartments and a capacity of up to 16 people. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. There are also outdoor facilities – a garden with a swimming pool, a grill, a fire pit and outdoor seating, or table tennis. Villa Emma is a comfortable and unique place for both a family vacation and a group of friends. It is located in the picturesque Bořetice near Hustopeče, which is surrounded by vineyards. There are a large number of bike paths and wine cellars in the area. The house has a large 7x3.5 m swimming pool available from June to September, a covered seating area with a grill and fireplace, a beer pipe and ice maker, a ping pong table, a children's sandbox and climbing frames, bike racks and a garage with stalls for 2-4 cars. The house is equipped with an alarm.

In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large lounge, kitchen and TV and a playroom for children and adults. There is an outdoor grill, a terrace.
