Very nice host Bára - she was very welcoming and helpful, she showed us everything and explained (also remote controls from various smart lights throughout the home). Very willing to help anytime when needed. Otherwise, of course they left us completely with space and privacy, but we knew that if we needed to just say... As for the accommodation, so very nice and comfortable, I appreciate the screens on the windows, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Spacious accommodation. Very interesting smart lighting of the apartment with remotes. Plenty of board games available (peers, cards, board games), so there's plenty to do when you go with the kids:). Pleasant, light duvets. Overall, a very welcoming, spacious, and comfortable space. We didn't miss anything, we'd love to come back and thank you for a nice stay.

Great location for short visits to Brno.

Great place to stay in Brno! It is right in the middle of town and walking distance to everything. Having A/C was also really lovely because it was quite hot out! Thanks for a great stay.

Its really perfect,clean,easy to reach and cozy I like the apartment no need to buy anything every thing almost available Beside Alena kind and cooperative person . Only disadvantage there’s no lift because it’s second floor its not suitable for old people .

Great. Everything went as well as it should.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay! Leona is an incredibly hospitable, attentive, and responsive host. We're especially grateful for her kind attitude towards our dogs — they were welcome to stay with us and had full access to the beautiful garden, which they absolutely loved. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to fully explore the lovely surroundings, but we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We felt right at home. Easy walk to tram to get into town. Convenience if having a kitchen and grocery store so close was great. We appreciated the rapid responses we received from Jan. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The duplex apartment was spacious, modern, and we also loved the surroundings of Svatobořice. The owner was welcoming, helpful, and the communication with her went smoothly. She automatically prepared a cot for us with bedding when she saw we had a baby with us.

The place was great! A modern apartment that immediately impressed us with its coziness and amenities. The biggest bonus was two huge TVs, a hot tub, and a spacious bathtub that added to the luxury of a stay. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtful. In addition, the apartment is superbly located – just 5 minutes from the center of the tram, which was really practical. The host was very prompt in communication and proactive which made the process even easier. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend.

Excellent apartment, only a 15-20min walk to all the sights in the center.

We come here regularly, so we get to know the place and the neighborhood and everything works for us.

Paul is great Guy, and really helpfull for all thinks. Location is wonderfull, walking distance of central town and grocery. We have done barbeque every day in a lovely garden where birds are singing.
